Good for pistes, poor room

I would return to the ski area but not to this hotel. The resort is great for beginners and intermediates with reasonable lift pass and equipment rental prices, good blue runs for beginners, reds are challenging in places but mostly wide and mangeable. Hotel is perfect for pistes being at the end of a run with gondola and chairlift 1min from the ski room. Pool was a good size, the gym was quite big but I didn't use it. The room for 4 was poor - not dirty as such but was musty, cramped, dusty and v cold. Turning on the heaters blew tepid dust around the room with little heating effect. The supplied Hoover blew smelly dust around rather than cleaning. The bathroom had a tiny heating lamp on a timer and took 6 or 7 rounds to warm the room. At least the water was hot. The common / lounge area always seemed to have feral children running wild like Lord of the flies. There was sometimes loud music late at night. The hotel buffet restaurant only had tables available at 20:45 so only ate there once. Good meat and dessert options but few vegetarian options and chaotic with people barging around although we ate so much we hardly ate the next day. No real alternatives in resort so we drove down to Marilleva 900 and ate in a nice pizza restaurant which was nicer, cheaper and civilised.

Personale gentile e disponibile, la struttura tutte le sere organizza diverse attività ricreative sia per ragazzi che per bambini. L'appartamento invece presenta diversi aspetti che spero vengano migliorati in futuro (bagno cieco senza sistema d'aspirazione,salta la luce se si usa il forno ad alte temperature ecc.). Nel complesso comunque struttura gradevole sopratutto per la vasta scelta di servizi sia a pagamento che non.

Pulito e attento al Covid.

Molto pulito e particolare attenzione alla situazione Covid (gel disinfettanti presenti in ogni zona della struttura e arco che spruzzava disinfettante all'entrata principale). Forse un po' tolleranti con la piccola parte di turisti che non rispettava le regole. La struttura è datata ma questo si sapeva già.

Completamente da ristrutturare. Uno standard bassissimo come cucina ed una piscina fatiscente. Essendo così affollato non avrei mai pensato potesse avere uno standard così basso.

Abbiamo soggiornato dieci giorni in un appartamento. Il residence si trova in una buona posizione per visitare la Val di Sole o per divertirsi e rilassarsi senza spostarsi, grazie sllo staf dell'animazione, alla piscina e ai sentieri circostanti. Personale gentile e disponibile, camere pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario, compreso un angolo cottura. Il residence è molto grande e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari. Anche se tutto efficiente, la struttura necessita però di un intervento di ammodernamento per essere maggiormente apprezzata.

La struttura è datata, ma questo lo sapevo, l'animazione continua la rende più un villaggio vacanze che altro, personale della reception quantomeno rude, simpatici i ragazzi dell'animazione. Le stanze non sono molto pulite e anzianotte, ma il punto dolente è la loro estrema ambiguità riguardo all'ospitare gli animali, la struttura appare tra quelle che accolgono animali, vedo recensioni precedenti in cui capisco che mi chiederanno 150 euro(!) per una sanificazione alla fine del soggiorno, ma purtroppo solo dopo aver prenotato senza poter più rinunciare (NON DOVREBBE ESSERE TRATTAMENTO DI BASE ALLA FINE DI OGNI SOGGIORNO IN UNA STRUTTURA DI RICEZIONE?), nessuno mi avvisa al check in nonostante io avessi dichiarato il gatto e come se niente fosse, anche con una certa spocchia, mi chiedono 150 euro al check out e dopo una discussione trattengono arbitrariamente la caparra di 100 euro dopo avermi fatto aspettare un'ora. Pensateci bene prima di prenotare, soprattutto se vate un animale con voi

Lontano dal caos.

Alla reception si può migliorare (dal punto lato "maschile"). La struttura necessita di qualche lavoro non di ammodernamento ma di normale vivibilità. Per le famiglie, buono l'intrattenimento. Abbiamo utilizzato il Vigo come punto di partenza per le ns. gite. Avremmo voluto cenare nel ristorante del Vigo ma la qualità/prezzo non ci ha mai soddisfatti (cena Eur 20/cad, ma menu non all'altezza del prezzo).

Ottima struttura con un grande e comodo deposito per gli sci direttamente alla fine delle piste (una nera e una rossa che scendono dal monte Vigo e tornano fino all’hotel). Per il dopo sci, o per chi non scia, a disposizione ci sono molti servizi e una simpatica animazione che rallegrerà le serate e i pomeriggi. Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile. Pulizia buona, e il riscaldamento della nostra camera forse era un po’ difettoso, ma comunque si stava bene. Davvero un’ottima esperienza.

Personale disponibile gentile, purtroppo sulle evidenti carenze strutturali non ci possono fare nulla, stanze ormai vecchie senza manutenzione , la cosa più disastrosa la piscina del residence. La posizione del residence per chi vuole usare la cabinovia è ottima.
