Please take trash outside before checkout: Blue bin = recycling and Green bin = regular trash. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean for the next guests.
Before leaving please set the AC to Eco, turn off lights and appliances, close windows, and lock the door. Safe travels and thank you for staying with us!

We picked this location bc it’s about 15 mins from Miami Life, 7 mins from Midtown, and 20 mins from south beach !! I’ve stayed in much nicer areas but when I tell you the neighbors were friendly. They helped us with EVERYTHING we needed! I am prior military and I’m a stickler for cleanliness….. I’ll book again just bc of cleanliness alone! There weren’t any stray hairs in the shower or in the bedding. I found a tad bit dust… I mean a tad! This place was spotless. It has extra roller beds to accommodate a larger party. The only reason I’m not giving this place 5 stars is bc it lacked a washer and dryer. Other than that, it was absolutely comfortable.
