The unknown fees

The only downside of my stay was having to pay $100 at the hotel instead of the $30 per room that was printed on my hotels.com receipt.

Most of the staff was not helpful nor nice. The house keeping did a terrible job at clening. Literally two dirty glasses were left there in our room our whole sat (3 days) the floor was dirty. The bare minimum was done. They charge 30 dol a day in addition from the hotel rate payed that you can use in the bar or restaurant obviously so you spend more than that. Also charge $5 per pakage o $15 if its too heavy. One of the bar tenders laughed at us in our face. Terrible terrible will never stay there again!!!!
