The room was spotless and access was very easy. Communication with the staff was easy as well. There’s a lot of noise from the traffic on the street below.. we reserved a parking spot through SpotHero two blocks away so that was very convenient. we attended an event in Miami and this property was extremely close to the venue.

The location itself was a bit confusing at first, the rooms are above a stairwell right above a restaurant so it took us a second to find lol. But once we figured the gate out it was smooth sailing from there. The gate has a code for some extra safety, as well as the front door leading to the rooms, and your personal door itself. There was a total of 3 locks, as a young woman safety was never questioned. I booked my stay pretty last minute literally the day of, and staff were on it about reaching out to me and making sure everything went smoothly which I loved. The rooms were very clean and super nice. I was very pleased with my stay and will DEFINITELY be booking here again!
