Spots and dust on wall by mirror in bathroom - otherwise clean. Very spartan & small room. Glad we were only staying one night. Breakfast mediocre no better than dennys at 4x the price. Would not stay again even at the somewhat discounted price we paid.

I thought about gatekeeping this hotel, but my fiancee told me to be nice. This was the best stay I have had at a hotel in a long time. The hotel is gorgeous and has great energy to it that is definitely provided by the atmosphere and very kind staff. Rooms are clean and simplistic in style, but provide everything that you need for a cozy stay. The only negative thing I can even think to say is that the shower head was clogged a little bit and made water spray in every which direction- but was still able to bathe- amen!? We will definitely be back.

This hotel has a nice modern look sleek look outside and in. I really enjoyed the Nespresso in the room, the staff onsite was very friendly and accommodating. If you plan on staying here this place for you if you enjoy more of a party scene with the lively music and entertainment they provide, however if you want just peace and quiet this place would probably not be ideal for you as the rooms are not sound proof. The hotel does provide complementary ear plugs which is considerate of them. The rooms however are very small, our faucet handles were slight broken where it took time to play with the handle to run the water from the sink on and off. It was also cold that evening when we tried to turn the heat on there was no heat coming out of the vents so that made the say at Arlo uncomfortable. My honest opinion was more a 3.5 star review.
