Rooms are fine. Cleaned everyday. The kitchen is very convenient. It's out of the way and not the nicest neighborhood but it's close to transportation and Wynwood, Midtown and Brickell are easy to get to. Public transportation is almost non-existent in the area after hours. One thing to to look out for is the manager Carlos. He can be quite rude and had an attitude when I asked for basic services such a new linen or towel after staying on the property for 7 days. He seems to pick an choose who he is respectful to so just be aware and dont let if affect your trip. He is annoying but you can mostly ignore him if you have too. I don't recommend this hostel unless you want to save money
