The apartment was in less than ideal condition. I get there was construction on the outside, but the inside was lacking considerably! The vertical blinds in the living room were broken and many slats were missing. Same with our bedroom. The other bedroom didn’t even have blinds. So fun at sunrise! Our bathroom didn’t have blinds either. It was nice greeting the construction workers on their scaffolding as they went by while we were showering or whatever else you do in the bathroom. The kitchen cabinets were screwed up. The laminate flooring was in terrible shape. It looked like they pulled it up from one apartment and repurposed in ours. Oh yeah and the light switches didn’t work in our room either. The best part is when we called to have these issues addressed, nothing happened. They were responsive while texting and apologetic, but unfortunately the only thing that was fixed while we were there was the flickering light bulb in the kitchen. The bed was super comfy though!

I knew there was work being done on the building beforehand, but it really wouldn’t affect our time. The only things that I found disheartening was there wasn’t any covering over the master bedroom bathroom window. I had to try and rig something up to cover the window so the bathroom could be used in private and not seen by the condo building right next to it. The second bedroom had blinds that were broken and could not be closed. They were wide open and the room couldn’t be darkened. Everything else was great and we had a very relaxing weekend.

Our family had an excellent Fourth of July weekend in Fort Lauderdale. The condo's location is perfect, with plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby, and the Hallandale Beach is expansive with soft sand.While the photos are representative of the unit and its furnishings, they don't capture some of the smaller details. The unit is comfortable and great for a vacation, but some of the furnishings are worn, a few floor tiles are warped, and some window blinds are missing. If you're a traveler who requires spotless accommodations, this unit may not be the best fit for you.

Spring Break 2025

Enjoyed our stay. Pool could have been open a bit later. Apartment is in need of new flooring, lots of jagged edges. Couch not comfortable. TV remote missing in 2nd bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plenty of space for the 5 of us.

Great place and even better location!

This place is so close to the ocean. The hosts communicate really well. The instructions are a bit overwhelming and the parking is valet only which is a bit complicated. But the facilities are great and it is within walking distance to the grocery store and Walmart. I would stay here again for sure!

Apartment on the beach

Our apartment had a beautiful view and location. Parking was a dream after we paid our 10 per day valet fee. The apartment was basic, however in every other way. We had no sponges or paper towels or dish towels, etc. in the kitchen. There were beach chairs and beach towels, which was good because the lounge chairs on the beach were 55 per lounge per day. The pool area was very nice. Our host was very accommodating to my difficulty filling out the online lease, etc..

This was our second time at this property. We really like the location and enjoy the beach views and access. Both Mario and Ben are excellent communicators, and replied quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely return for a third trip.

Great Stay in Hallandale

For context, we stay in the Ft. Lauderdale area usually once or twice a year for a week or so. We usually stay in higher end homes/hotels, so my perspective is biased. The property has many desirable qualities: - It is close to the ocean and the view from the balcony is great.- The unit is spacious.- Beds are comfortable and water pressure is good- Check in/out was a breeze.- Owner checked in to make sure everything was ok.- There is a decent gym.- WIFI was strong. Why I don't think it is 5 stars, are for the following reasons:- the unit is showing signs of wear and tear and could use some TLC- there are some small things that the unit could use (oven mitts and decent wine glasses) - there is no laundry in the unit. - the pool area is largely in the shade, the pool is quite small and there is no hot tub.While I don't think it is a 5 star unit in a traditional sense, it also does not come with 5 star pricing. In terms of value for cost, I would highly recommend it.

Great place!!

Went up for a mother daughter (long) weekend. My 12 year old and very much enjoyed this apartment. It was a two minute walk to the beach from the unit, which we loved. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, ect in the apartment for guests to use. The pool was nice. We didn’t explore the area too much, so I can’t speak for what’s around. The unit has everything you need to cook, as we did most cooking in. Overall we loved the place and would be come back!

My sisters and I rented this to attend the eras tour and it did not disappoint! The overall location is fabulous with the beach access and local restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and inviting and the valet service was fabulous! Can’t wait to visit again!

Great place in a great location

The condo exceeded our expectations. The main bedroom was huge with a large walk-in closet. Both bedrooms and the living room all had nice TVs. Nice furnished kitchen with small table and large table in dining area. There was a large air mattress/pump that one of the teens used to sleep. The view of the pool area and the beach was great. The host provided several beach chairs and towels. Check in process was very easy and they worked with us on our late check-in due to late flight. The hosts were super responsive, answered all questions and we could actually speak with them on the phone! Parking was valet by the HOA management people. It was $10/day and we never had to wait over 2 minutes. The valet people also had luggage carts to help get the luggage to/from the room. The HOA/Management handled the check-in and access to the pool, game room, private beach access, etc. There was a fee of $30 for every 3 people to use their key FOB to access all of the amenities. It's similar to a "resort fee" but it's a one-time fee, not per day. There were 6 of us, so we paid the $30x2 for our entire stay, which was reasonable for the amenities. The people working the desk were very nice and helpful. The game room had pool table, ping pong table and foosball table. The grandkids and I enjoyed them. Good location, Wal-Mart and Winn Dixie were a mile away. There is a 7-11 convenience store across the street. Hollywood Boardwalk area was a mile away.

11th floor awesomeness

You cannot beat the view or location. We lucked out, I did not know this area really before booking. You are literally an elevator ride and about 100 steps to an amazing beach. The location near shopping and great restaurants, such a plus. We will be re booking. The patio is amazing! The only thing I would ask next time is that guests have the ability to request a different temperature in the place rather than having it be just 72 degrees constantly . That’s a small thing I am sure that could be corrected. Otherwise, this place is the absolute hidden gem of a place you have been looking for.
