Experience breathtaking ocean views in our newly remodeled one bedroom, two bathroom Miami Beach apartment. Located across the street from the beach and boardwalk, and near South Beach, our home is the perfect place to enjoy all that the area has to offer. The apartment features a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and a living and dining room. Free parking is available for our guests. Don't miss out on this amazing beachfront location!

We are delighted to welcome long-term guests to our property.

PLEASE NOTE: For stays lasting 6 days or more, we require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning once a week. This cleaning will be scheduled at a convenient time for you.

This measure is in place to ensure that our accommodations are always clean and comfortable for all of our guests. To ensure the continued comfort and hygiene of our accommodations.

To facilitate this process, you will receive a resolution center request for the additional cleaning fee of $159. It's important to note that stays longer than one week necessitate a mandatory cleaning every week during your tenure with us.

Cool spot. Perfect location and value. Clean. Great views. Beach across the street. Grocery store 5 minute walk. Comfy bed. Large spaced TWO baths! This is probably the oldest building on MB so don’t expect Aria towers. but the rooms and kitchens are updated and works well. If you want to be fancy, there’s hotels across the street for thousands a night. But if you are a seasoned traveler and don’t care about the bougie stuff, this place is perfect.We enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future for our weekend Miami trips.

Beach view unobstructed. Photo accurate but somewhat deceptive. Walls had paint chipping, baseboards were missing wood, curtains were more like shower curtains than drapes. Kitchen relatively new. Adequate towels and soap. Patio quite chipped and could use resanding and painting. No chairs on patio. Hall from elevator has exposed pipes and wires. Apartment has exposed fire sprinklers. Wasn’t aware reserving parking in building garage was necessary; maybe I missed it. Best description; for a very high rent Miami Beach area, got what we paid for. Clean, fairly well kept apartment. Functional but not luxurious

2 Bäder und der Schrecken ging los!

Zwei Tage vor Anreise teilte uns die Verwalterin mit das unsere gebuchte Wohnung im 14. Sock (2 Bäder) nicht zur Verfügung stand. Daraufhin wurde sich gefeiert das dies keine weitere Kosten für uns bedeutet aber die neue Wohnung nur noch ein Bad hätte. Das lehnte ich ab, da ich für die größere Wohnung bezahlt hatte. Nach mehrfachem Hin-und Her stellte man uns eine Wohnung im 6. Stock zur Verfügung die gleichwertig war. Der Check in war okay und hat problemlos geklappt. Auf den 1. Blick war alles okay bis ich die Bäder betratt. Alles war total veraltet, die Einrichtung war noch aus Scarface Zeiten! Die Wanne war von Rost und Schimmel befallen, der Türrahmen/Tür war im unteren Teil vergammelt und von Ungeziefer befallen. Die Balkontür im Wohnzimmer ließ sich nicht schließen und war auch von Schimmel befallen. Auch die Fenster waren aus Tony's Zeiten, ich konnte nur mit Oropax schlafen. In mehrfachen Emails wurde uns versichert, wir könnten im Haus, gegen Gebühr beim Portier eine Waschkarte kaufen. Wir sind am 20.11. angereist und haben uns am 21.11. morgens über den Vorgang informiert. Die Dame war freundlich und hat uns alles erklärt. Wir hatten leider kein Bargeld und sagten ihr, wir würden die Tage vorbeikommen und dann die Karte zum waschen kaufen. Von da an war weder die Dame noch ein anderer Portier bis zur unserer Abreise wieder gesehen. Wir hatten eine sehr nette Nachbarin, die uns ihre Karte leihte und wir konnten waschen. Ich würde nicht nochmal bei FeWo buchen.
