There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one. Warning - Do Not Book unless you want to be scammed!

The room had everything we needed and was a 5 minute (or less) walk to a nice, calm beach. There is easy access driving to surfside and south beach, and you could even walk if you don’t mind a long walk. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We would stay again.

Room was tidy but not clean. The passcode-locked door to the room didn't function well and the bathroom door didn't close due to the humidity in the room. The humidity was so high in the room that the walls were constantly sweating, despite the non-humid conditions outside. The ceiling fan didn't work - when the switch was turned on, nothing happened. The bathroom had been updated, but the painting was incomplete. There were two bottles of water provided.

This is an exceptional find within the Ft. Lauderdale area, the owner/manager was extremely outgoing on helping us with equipment needed for the beach, and gave us excellent referrals to restaurants. I would highly recommend this location to anyone seeking a carefree room one block off the beach.
