This beach direct 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Brand New (Winter 2023) sleeps 6 (7 with folding bed) Miami Beach oceanfront property, at the newly renovated Alexander Condo Resort. Unit 11AE on 11th floor, south side, means sunshine all day, is a brand new winter 2023, contemporary apartment with style and sophistication. All luxury tile floors, solid surface counter tops, euro style kitchen all appliances, double oven, side by side refrigerator freezer, microwave, double sink and bar counter. Both ocean and marina views, from 10 ft balcony with lounge and chairs. Master bedroom with 2 XL twins assembled as a king bed which can also be separated as two XL twin beds, as well as a bonus twin bed in the master bedroom for total of 3 separate beds.. The second bedroom has 2 twins which can be combined as a king, and a 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is space in living room for a folding bed. This apartment has all the comforts of home. Kitchen includes all small appliances, is fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. The dining room provides seating for 6-8. Wi-Fi and Cable TV included, and washer/dryer in unit.

Extra guests: Base rate includes sleeping up to 6 guests, each additional guest is $45 per night up to maximum of 7 guests.

Private Poolside Cabana Available-
Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. Our modern cabana features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Our property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. Both upper and lower pools, Tiki bar, restaurant, and mezzanine pool deck are now open and in full operation.

In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs. If the dates you selected are not available, we may have other alternative units available at the same beachfront property -- please inquire.
