My wife, my son, and I stayed for five long days. The room wasn't too bad, except that a bad smell came out whenever we turned on the air conditioning. Imagine, five days and the same breakfast every morning!

Really convenient location !! Friendly staff!! Sofa Bed was terrible to use not comfortable at all. Shower need to have some holders on the walls cause actually it is not safe. Beds are super comfy.

Bathroom is not cleaned, I can’t control the AC, it took us an hour to get a shuttle, I booked this hotel because I was told they have a shuttle that goes to the cruise port, I get here and they do not. Just to check in a room took 2 hours. For the price I paid, this hotel is trash.

The little lake was filled with trash all along the shore workers came to clear the salt off our table while we were still eating. Food was awful, cold potatoes. Room was set at 72 with no options to turn it down. I messages and nothing was done to fix. Miserably hot at night.

It was only a short overnight stay but the room and staff were very good. I would give an excellent but we waited a long time for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Tired and hungry we waited over an hour.
