What a horrible hotel. Bed was closed off on 3 sides so my wife had to climb over me to go to the bathroom. Room was very tiny, really tiny. Marriott needs to rethink this entire brand. DO NOT GO HERE!

Why do you have different beds in the Miami location vs other locations I've been to (Los Angeles, Boston)? The mattresses in those locations were thicker, more supportive and still soft somehow. Your check-in process is simple and easy. I've been going to Citizen M hotels for the last few years now and it has been refined and improved a lot. Why people struggle with it is absolutely beyond me but it results in the lobby being absolutely bonkers with people sometimes, which was the state of it when I arrived.

The hotel was in downtown and walkable to shopping and dining. It was also next to the Metro which made it easy to get free transportation around the vicinity all the way to the financial district. The room is very modern controlling everything via a tablet. However, the room was very dusty. Even after housekeeping cleaned, there was allot of dust. They can improve on that area. Aside from this, I would contemplate staying here again.

Yes room was spotless, the hotel was spotless. The front desk staff, were very helpful and hard working, and very organized. I absolutely loved how beautiful and ultra modern the hotel & our room was. The roof top pool, and views, absolutely gorgeous! The view from our large window in our room, also so beautiful, loved it.

Location is wonderful and safe, but other than that it's hard to recommend. Staff was nice, but the room was definitely subpar for the price. Shower was leaking water out of the seal at the bottom, causing water to run into the rest of the room after the first shower. Room had a slight mildewy smell when we walked in, most likely due to the water issue. Room was about the size of a dorm room. There are better hotels for cheaper nearby.

Great location, lots to do and fairly close to cruise ships. Room was modern but extremely small, city/cruise harbor views were wonderful. Customer service at front desk (if you even call it that) was poor and rude at times. Check in and out was awkward and senseless. Questions were ignored I left feeling disrespected. Breakfast was great!

Just about everything from check in, room uniqueness, room tech smart controls (all on one tablet/iPad in the room), view from our window (can see cruise ships turning in the basin), cleanliness, room use of space (especially the bathroom) and the service of the staff was second to none.
