The hotel was good, rooms were clean on day one arrival, I signed up for daily cleaning of the room but noticed they only came in to do the bare minimum, furnitures were accumulating dust and was not properly cleaned. Some of the staff also had I don’t care attitude, I tried letting one of the people cleaning know when I left the room but the response was rude. It was also difficult for cab to come around the hotel as construction was going on around it, my delivery person always had to complain.

My boyfriend and I was very impressed by this hotel. Location is right beside Lincoln Road and many restaurants and shops. It is also a beautiful hotel to look at - the hotel bar was nicely decorated and the drinks were great too. seating area around the hotel and on its patio was picture worthy! the room itself was small but perfect for two nights before our cruise. our favourite feature was the tech. the curtains and black out blinds could be controlled electronically and the room even had mood lighting colours and features. bed was super comfy and clean too. overall greatly recommend. as an FYI - you have to order room service cleaning a day in advance. it is not like regular hotels which has daily cleaning as a given, it must be scheduled.

Great place to stay for solo trips! Friendly and helpful staff, great food and accommodations, and amazing inner decor/environment! Only thing is that there’s construction going on in the area, so if you’re a big back like me then you might need to meet your driver, but other than that this place was amazing and would definitely come again, as well as recommend it to anybody else looking for a modern, affordable, comfortable hotel!
