Overall the stay was decent. We had bugs in our room and the place looked run down. I had read other reviews that scared me a little bit when I booked but overall everyone was friendly. We didn’t stay in the room much as we explored most of the time. The elevators were hell though. Took forever!!! Overall yes the place was rundown and we had some bugs but ut was still a pleasant stay.

Bathroom door was fixed so poor it locked my wife into the bathroom. Had to fix it with a butter knife to open it, place is in need of some TLC. Do Not eat in the overpriced restaurant downstairs. Bring your own food or eat somewhere else!

They person in the front desk confused our aptt, not only that but I ask for something with the ocean view and got a nasty one , also when we got moved to the other room they give use the wrong code to enter the room , also the person who was figuring out the problem and she was really rude , she was screaming and she was the worse has a customer service

The lobby was infested with bed bugs, the front desk service people were rude and inconsiderate. The elevators were slow and we had to take the stairs multiple times. There was no internet in the room because the owner did not pay the bill. The bathroom door did not shut and the bathtub drain did not work
