The room was dirty - the floor especially. The room also did not have a lock for the balcony and our family has a toddler- not safe. We asked for them to fix it but they didn’t until later the next day. The restaurant food was nothing to write home about. They have a pool, and the jacuzzi was broken, it also had a ring of grime around it. My stay was not satisfactory. They even charge you for chairs at the beach. Valet is also another 50 bucks a night. Not worth it.

It was okay place wants to nickel and dime you and the resort fee isn’t very high but also doesn't really provide much for what they charge, also the hallway was filthy cleaning crew did not maintain the area There was a hair ball right next to the door in the hall way of our room, it was there from the day we checked in to the day we checked out, and it wasn’t a small hair ball

They have roaches. We’ve stayed on the beach before at the trump international resort but decided to try something with more space. Unfortunately the property was full of roaches, no one offered drinks on the beach, no one showed us to chairs to seat us on the beach, no valet opened the doors for us when dropping off or picking up our car, no vending machines, restaurants closed at a normal time but without vending machines it would have been nice for one restaurant to remain open till midnight. A few times we went to the beach they had no beach towels cleaned, we were told when they were done they would bring us towels to where we were on the beach but that did not happen. It’s all pretty dirty and old as far as decor, rooms, towels, etc. House keeping did not empty our trash at all while we were there.

I am not sure about other rooms but ours needs renovation; we had problems with air conditioning which made loud noise and the worst was bathtub faucet which was not working properly and was unable to keep water flowing up to shower except you keeping it up by your hand. Reasonable price on nice location though.

Our suite was not ready at check in time. The excuse was it takes longer to clean our suite. We arrived early in the morning and while we didn’t expect our room to be ready at that time, we expected to be prioritized before another family who got their room more than 2 hours before us. And our suite should’ve been ready at the very least — @ check in time. When we finally got to our suite, I inspected the bathroom where I founded hair in at least 2 places. The hardware was rusting and the tub jets were dirty— I have pictures and will provide if requested. I checked the fridge and it was dirty as well. Utensils were dirty. Lights not working in one of the rooms. Lock to sliding door leading to patio in master bedroom was broken and would not lock. I expected a spa facility and was told their spa was no longer operational. We were very disappointed with our stay.

The lady who checked us in said she would upgrade one of our rooms. Both rooms were the same when we went upstairs. She later told us she made a mistake. Also deleted all of one rooms keys when one of us switched to a digital key. She wasn’t friendly, seemed like we were always inconveniencing her.

Views are great. Hotel rooms are run down. Dirty , hot tubs were broken. Very limited food options. Single bartender by the pool, slow. Unorganized. No music at the pool area. I’m a family of six and had to buy two more beach chairs every day ($40 charge) extra, … hotel seemed rather empty for being spring break. This place needs a complete upgrade. For the money, and the large rooms, that was great. But if they don’t renovate soon it’ll be too late. We won’t be back.

The AC broke twice during our stay, our refrigerator leaked 24/7 all over the kitchen and staff was not able to fix, our only towel rack in the bathroom was literally hanging out of the wall, the shower plexiglass window was loose and taped up, our room phone did not work at all. The room was large but very outdated and dirty-dust everywhere, none of the appliances cleaned or wiped down, finger prints on the windows and doors. We paid for full ocean view but only got partial. I showed them my booking confirmation of full ocean view and they said they could not switch our room as the hotel was totally booked, however it did not seem booked up or even crowded. The beach towels they provide are smaller and thinner then bath towels. The beach loungers had burn holes and rips in the fabric and were very uncomfortable. You also had to pay extra for an umbrella if you wanted any shade. However, they wouldn’t allow umbrellas two of the days we were there due to “high winds” yet both resorts on each side of us had them up the entire two days. I wouldn’t go back.

This hotel was amazing. I came for a short stay but the hotel staff were very welcoming, the young lady who checked me and my family in was so sweet I can't remember her name but she was amazing and very helpful. The beach staff AMAZING "if I can give them 10 stars" I would because we had a baby and we asked a lot of them and they never complained and always helped with open arms we really appreciated them. Thanks again to all hotel staff especially to "who checked us in as well as the beach staff" very well mannered!

The staff was nice! The rooms were comfortable and clean. Access to the beach was excellent with a ramp for those who need it. Additional charge for umbrellas and parking.
