The hotel property itself was pretty and recently updated. Breakfast was busy after 9am but had plenty of options for the kids to eat. The front counter team and shuttle team did not communicate well leading to longer wait times and frustrated employees. Room was large and perfect for a larger family but the room was not very clean. There was hair in the sink, leftover things in the fridge, and a women’s head cover left in the room from previous guests. If you have a large family and are getting on a cruise the next day still a good option.

Appreciated having the full breakfast and evening reception with free entertainment and drinks in lobby. Most of staff were very helpful. Dining area was kept clean, but the pool deck was dirty and needed attention. Icemaker was broken on our floor. Hotel lobby, elevator sounds, and location near airport made the room relatively noisy. Also had an issue with the Pure room option I reserved, which is supposed to come with an air purifier and is helpful for my allergies. Checked into my room with the supervisor on duty, went to room, and it wasn't there. Went back down to ask about it, and the supervisor said they were all being serviced by their vendor and not even one was available on property. She claimed she upgraded my room to one with a Keurig to make up for it. However, that doesn't help me and was poor service not to let me know until after I checked in and discovered the issue. If you need the Pure room for your own health, buyer beware.

Excellent hotel. Received an early check in with an extremely early flight arrival. This was amazing, because we had been up since 1 am. Beautiful grounds. Good free breakfast, lunch freebies, free drinks. Comfy suite. I couldn’t ask for a better opportunity with this hotel.

The check-in line at the front desk is not well defined. There were many instances where people jumped the line unintentionally because they were unaware of exactly where the waiting line was. Better signage is required to resolve this issue and avoid unnecessary confrontations between guests.
