I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and everything was very clean. I only had an issue with the TV at first because it was stuck on the hotel ads, but I called the front desk and they quickly sent someone to fix it. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The stay was quiet with no noise, and the hotel is close to everything. I stayed for six days and would definitely recommend it.

The staff was extremely rude. I paid for a king bed. Called at 1 and was told I could check in early and they had a room ready for me. I showed up at 1:30 And they told me there was no longer a room, whatever. I left and came back at 3 to be told the only room they had was a double bed. Finally around 3:30-3:45 I was offered a king bed. The room was not cleaned. And the staff that clocked in at 3 was late and extremely rude, not only to the guest but to her staff co worker who was working hard alone with a long line.
