The overall experience was fantastic. The only thing that I would suggest is that the restaurant improve the Manolo. Also the gratuity should not be automatically included at an 18%. It should be up to the client to decide what gratuity they want to leave.

We had to Uber from airport to hotel and to pier because the transportation driver refused to take my husband’s mobility travel scooter. There was no warning for this situation. We had been told it should not be a problem.

Was traveling from out of town for a cruise and hoping for a nice clean hotel. Thankfully picked just that. Beds and pillows were nice and comfortable. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Made sure we were able to get the shuttle to the port. When we returned they kept our bags until we were able to check in and let us check in early. Night clerk let me use the pool even though it was technically closed at that hour. Pool was wonderful and had a waterfall feature. Would stay there again if I went back to Miami.

Great place to stay.

Room was very nice and clean. Sheets were stained a little bit but you could tell they weren’t dirty and it was just a stain. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Bed and pillows were very comfortable so I slept great unlike in most other hotels. Have another night booked already
