Nice hotel, ideal location for Kaseya centre

Hotel was very comfortable and room was perfect for a family. Staff were courteous and efficient. It is Ideal if visiting the Kaseya centre or Bayside. Only issue was the pool, it was closed for a private party so we couldn't use the facilities which was frustrating as that was our plan for the afternoon we arrived. The hotel did not advise this before arrival

I didn’t like that check in is at 4 pm and my room was not ready until 7pm. I do understand that hotels get busy but 3 hour wait is a little ridiculous. No real apologies for the wait no mention of here have drink on us a meal of so sort or of compensation for their lack of preparedness. Disappointed to say the least. However once we got a room great view, beautiful 3 bedroom accommodations.

The hotel is beautiful. Its has a nice smelling fragrance when you walk in. The staff was very nice, friendly and informative. It has alot of elevators so we didn't have to wait long. We stayed in the 2 bdrm suite. Very spacious and beautiful with a huge balcony. Lots of storage space in both rooms. A big bathroom also. The pool area is the best I've seen. The pool is very big and wraps around the whole pool area with a bar/grill. There is also a nice big gym with lots of equipment. There is alot of security at the hotel which made us feel safe. The food at the restaurant was good. The location is perfect. Around the corner from bayside market place. Theres a 24 hour cvs around the corner also with other stores in the area. I love this hotel and the area. Will definitely be going back. Thank you Gale Hotel for making my 5 days great.
