This hotel was an excellent choice for anyone attending events at the Kaseya Center. Additionally it was in walking distance to the Port, Museum of Ice Cream with ample choice of restaurants within walking distance. Aesthetically the hotel grounds are well kept and the ambiance is nice. Some opportunities for improvement include removal of sofa pillows with stains from the living room. The front desk was alerted after checkin however no action was taken. Additionally the ac system was loud in the wee hours of the morning . Thankfully no one was occuping that area . Something to consider for anyone planning to occupy the couch . I absolutely loved the towels and felt there were of great quality . Hot water was available and bath products were nice. I would stay at this property again . Thank you for a good stay .

The rooms were really nice. Wasnt expecting the set up, but thats a compliment. Had 2 bedrooms and a long balcony and a full kitchen area. Definitely a place I would stay at again!

We loved the city views and seeing the Kaseya center out the window, and also how close the hotel is to the Bayside park. We did not like the shower design with the weird one glass door, which makes it cold to shower and allows water to get on the floor. Recommend changing the design. Loved the smell of the hotel, would have liked an ice machine and vending on the hotel floor. When checking in, the front desk could not find our Expedia reservation, and then once I pulled it up on my device, they found it, but it took a while to check us in (we waited about 15 minutes). We were informed by Diana (who appeared to be a supervisor) that we had been given a complimentary upgrade to a two-bedroom (one bedroom is sad and has no tv or windows so a two bed in the "master" is what we thought we booked), and that the room did include a washer and dryer (I asked); however, when we arrived at our room, we did not have those, which was disappointing. Also, the most uncomfortable couch we have ever experienced in a hotel, hard, stiff vinyl or plastic.

Attractive, modern, very close to arena. We were in town for a concert at the arena and the hotel was full of fans and offered themed drinks to celebrate, overall fun vibe. Restaurant and pool are great. A bit noisy area due to construction.

My room was lovely and the hotel overall was fine. Our issue was during checkout, it took 40 minutes for an elevator and we ended up taking flights with our luggage down 20 flights of stairs. Then we get to valet and the brought a Tesla that wasn’t ours after waiting another 20 minutes and then guess what they brought us TWO other teslas that were ours until they finally brought ours down. It took two hours to get down to lobby and get our actual car just to leave. Very unacceptable

Worst hotel experience I’ve had post-Covid. Booked and paid for a 2 bedroom room. They only gave us a studio. Refused to refund us the difference and then charged our incidentals card for the entire stay after the room was prepaid. Bed was absolutely rock hard and terrible. Room was dirty and unkept. Front desk staff was rude and dismissive.
