We stayed at Gale hotel for 2 nights and we had a fantastic time! Checked in was fast and easy, kudos to Manuela for being so welcoming and with exemplary customer service. Our room is huge, with safety box, small refrigerator with glasses, coffee pot, but no microwave! We love the cold drinking water infused with oranges available readily at the pool bar and main lobby. The pool is great and we really had a nice time but it closes too early 7:30 pm sharp. (Bummer!) But overall it was good stay. Thanks to all the staff.

Property looks nice, My complaint is the amount of times I was left ringing when I called the lobby bc they were unfortunately understaffed, no room service, I requested towels on my 3/5 day there, nothing. When we first arrived, there was hair in the sheets and the floors looked half ass swept and not mopped. Plus it didn’t smell clean or even like cleaner. At least we had a washer and dryer and they provided bikes. There is so much construction around it ruins the vibe. For the amount we paid it get 2 stars overall
