We had a few issues but Danny the manager was fantastic and assisted us and saved the trip. The hotel was buzzing with excitement for Lady Gaga and busy but we had a great stay. We will be back in October for Billie!

This is the hotel to stay at when in downtown Miami. Everything about it was amazing. The pool was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and the the location was perfect. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Amazing stay!

Our stay was amazing. We were there for the Lady Gaga concert and it was super cute how the front desk staff gave out bracelets and face gems. The room was perfect and we really appreciated the help of the staff on getting into the elevators after the concert.
