My room was terrible, old furniture was falling apart the bath was nasty and dangerous , and shower curtain bar fell a couple of times ( not installed properly)

False advertising of property. This was an outdated building, dirty with terrible smell. The TV was supposed to be 40” and it had a tiny maybe 26” Kitchen and bedroom sets are falling apart and they are moldy underneath. A health hazard I can not believe this place is advertised by Expedia. Very disappointed, this is the worse place I ever stayed so far

I stayed in the “Luxury TH-12 suite” it was almost everything but luxury. The hotel and property itself is very Old/Dated and the same for the suite TH-12, old/dated with dated furniture, the bedding was unconformable with the slate beds with a single-thin mattress on each bed that were very hard to sleep on, and the outdoor patio furniture also dated and worn out. The outdoor table and chairs were fine, but the loungers and grill were not. We spotted small roaches. The code lockset for front door is not the best nor that secured and felt flimsy, and fail on us once not wanting to lock as we were trying to leave for breakfast. The main floor “bedroom” shower is also dated, the bottom floor bathroom and shower was in ok shape and functioned properly. First time reserving a Condotel and will not be doing that again as there’s no one onsite to talk to for issues and everything is done via instant message or phone and half of the time it took a while to get a response. I really dislike writing a bad review but I can’t really think of much positives for this condo-hotel property nor the suite TH-12. It was not expensive but it was not cheap either, and I don’t ask for a lot only for a clean and comfortable place to stay while on vacation, so expected to get at least that, but unfortunately for us that was not the case. Hope this review helps others in choosing your next stay. Overall I’m rating the Hotel 2.5 of 5 stars and suite TH-12 a low 2 of 5 stars.

Generally it was fine. It was clean, nice view on the bay, nice pool. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen well equiped. TV was small, but I din't had time for watch it. The worst part of the appartment was bathtub (it was like painted).

I called this hotel ahead of time before I made the reservation to inquire that the pool was up and running. I was assured that everything worked perfectly when I got to the hotel. It was late. I was woken up extremely early the next morning to s loud noise that lasted all day long coming from right above. I decided to go down to the pool only to find caution tape around the entire pool. The room also smelled like chemicals and cigarettes, which gave me an extremely bad headache when I tried to reach out to the hotel the place where I made my reservation and Expedia everyone ran me around in circles about a refund. I checked in and checked out bc it was to unbearable. I didn’t even stay for more than 24 hours and was told that a refund would be impossible. This place was horrible falsely advertised liars and thieves. Do not stay here!!!!

The worst service and reception at this hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 1pm and the check-in time was 3pm. I informed the host and asked if I could check in earlier. He said no. When the check-in time arrived, we waited 15 minutes for the reception to check our reservation and they informed us that there was no reservation for the rooms. So we had to contact the host and they asked for personal information and home address. We were only able to check into the rooms around 3:50pm. The reception was very rude and did not know how to treat customers well. The apartment was not completely clean, the refrigerator was dirty, the toilets were always clogged when flushed, the TV remote control did not work and we had to use our cell phone to use it as a remote control. The worst stay, however the location was good, but left something to be desired.

Great location. Only issue was the hot water. Yes…. The water got hot…. But very very low hot water PRESSURE in the shower. Cold water pressure was fine, but if you want a hot shower the hot water barely drools out of the shower head. Disappointing because everything else was great! Not walkable to much but Uber/Lyft readily available and free valet if you had a car or rental car.

There wasn’t a telephone in the room, so if you needed room service you had to dial a non working number. There wasn’t any trash cans in our room, and as much money as we spent on this penthouse, we could have gotten better service at a hotel room

Hot water flow is low and can’t take bath. Besides this everything was good and parking is easy they will park your car you don’t need to worry about parking.overall it was very good❤️

Just terrible old, dirty , sink clogged , hairs on the bed , never has housekeeping in 3 days .stayed with my family I woke up to the bed breaking. Just terrible smell , the elevator was acting up.
