After check into the room. The room was dirty. ants were all in the windowsill. The refrigerator was dirty. One of the beds was dirty. I contact front desk. They sent someone to change the sheets sprayed the ants in the window. They try to transfer us to another room, which was more dirtier than the first room. It was a horrible stay.

What this hotel lacks in esthetics it more rhan makes up for in customer service and convenience. Located directly behind Dadeland mall and right next to Dadeland Station as well as a relatively short drive to Miami International Airport. 24/7 Hot Coffee / Tea / Hot Chocolate in the lobby. Breakfast included - the waffle maker was my fav breakfast choice. Toiletries (body wash, lotion, shampoo & conditioner) made of quality ingredients. The staff goes above and beyond to provide food service. A slam dunk for budget friendly convenience in the Miami / Coral Ganles area.
