I have to be fair . The customer service from the valet , check in desk and people who brought our luggage to the room were very professional and friendly. Now the room was ok , had cigarette smell and seemed outdated . Tried to see if we can another room but due to the events happening in the area they were sold out but had one other room available and the other room had a cigarette smell that was stronger than the original. Due to this we stayed one night instead of the 2 originally we planned and just went to another hotel .

Staff was friendly and check in was quick. Had to pay $45 to valet as there is no other option. The parking garage which is connected is $65 for overnight parking. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were very nice and comfortable.
