the area had a gas station walking-distance so that was nice. The staff was rude and very off putting i didn’t feel welcome at all . Only nice staff member was the lady in the front desk everyone else very rude

The reason for staying was to use the shuttle. We didn’t see a shuttle and even called the hotel who told us when they would be there to pick up so we ended up getting an Uber. Everything else with the hotel was fine for the night.

The a/c was loud and had a problem running because it was so hot when we stayed. Dirty bathroom as well. This seems to be the case with every Holiday Inn we stay in. The cleanliness is lacking
