Do not be fooled by the pictures!! This hotel is incredibly old, dirty, and just ugly. The bathroom is old, with mold in the bathtub, the carpets are stained and the towels were dirty. I was completely fooled by the pictures, the rooms look nothing like the pictures. The only good thing about this hotel is the free parking. Do not stay here.

The rooms are in need of updates. Breakfast offered very limited options, and on one morning coffee was unavailable. I experienced a toilet flooding issue during my stay. Additionally, I was charged USD 5 per package for each package received. Lines at the front desk were consistently long, resulting in extended wait times.

I contacted the hotel multiple times before booking and prior to arrival to confirm that both an airport shuttle and cruise port shuttle were included. I was assured they were. After landing, the airport shuttle never arrived despite multiple calls, forcing us to pay $40 for an Uber after waiting over an hour. At check-in, reimbursement was refused due to booking through Expedia. “Comped” breakfast had already been prepaid, only one drink was provided for two guests, and we were told to contact Expedia. We were then informed the cruise shuttle was actually $25 per person, cash only, which contradicted prior information, requiring us to arrange private transportation. We were initially assigned a room marked “Do Not Enter, Being Deodorized” with strong chemical odors, then moved to another room that was unclean, had soiled towels, and a sliding door that did not close, causing excessive heat and noise. The promised amenity fee waiver was later denied, with no record found before checkout. This stay involved inaccurate information, multiple service failures, added expenses, and significant inconvenience.

Very disappointed in the stay. The rooms are disgusting. The water leaked all over the bathroom. We had to change rooms.- even when we change rooms, the walls were dirty. The carpets were stained. The front desk does not answer the phone. I’m handicap and I need towels and nobody answered the phone FOR 30 minutes! so when I went downstairs, I saw the front desk person picking up and hanging the phone so it wouldn’t ring. No heater just ac.
