On our back through Miami after some time in the Keys, me and my husband only needed to book a room for one night but wanted a nice space to wind down. We booked a room at The Greystone with a private terrace & jacuzzi, it was beautiful. The space was clean and chic, the common areas had a nice ambiance. The staff were lovely and accommodating. We would definitely choose to stay here again when in Miami.

The room was okay. Not the cleanest. I requested a dog bed but I didn’t end up using it because it was dirty. Same with the feeding bowls. The hotel itself was nice (upstairs patio, bar, lobby area). Bonus points for the complementary coffee and treats in the morning. The hotel is also in a convenient location and walkable to other areas in South Beach.

Way too loud

They put me on first floor and it was so loud until midnight with people right outside my hotel room door. I complained several times and it didn’t get less loud until after midnight. Will not stay here if you plan to have anything quiet

The staff was right on point, attentive and helpful. A few steps away from the beach, surrounded by everything and anything you may need. The rooftop terrace makes for a great place to hang out under the sun.

I stayed at Hotel Greystone and had a very disappointing experience. Our room was on the second floor and the window would not close, which I found extremely unsafe - especially given the location. On top of that, it was very noisy throughout the night, making it hard to get any rest. The A/C in the room also didn’t work, and with the window stuck open, the room was uncomfortably warm the entire time. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, but the staff member didn’t seem to care. He offered to move us to a different room, but it was a king bed, and we had three people sharing two double beds - not a practical solution unless we packed everything up and completely rearranged our setup. Overall, I was quite disappointed with how the situation was handled and would not recommend this hotel to others. There are better options nearby that take guest comfort and safety more seriously.
