Misleading picture on website. The 2 queen room shows it has a glass shower. Instead our rooms 237 and 239 have tubs, no stand up showers.

Hotel was absolutely filthy! Had to wear shoes in the shower. There was foot prints on the hide a bed. Definitely would not recommend.

Property shows up in filter with airport shuttle, but does not have a shuttle. Staff was extremely rude when checking in. The hotel is also at the foot of the runway so you hear planes all night.

When we travel we typically stay at Hyatt Place. The layout of the room makes it a good fit for my family. This one was really nice. The location wasnt my favorite bc there was nothing around that was walkable and getting out of there to drive anywhere was also inconvenient with the heavy traffic. However, if you're looking to stay close to the airport, its a great option. The staff was wonderful, very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious -- honestly probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The room looked a little worn, but we were travelling with 3 kids so that didn't really bother me except to question the cleanliness of the carpeting bc kids like to roll around on the floor. I think the only big bummer was that this location advertised an on-premises restaurant and even the welcome sheet they gave me at check in noted the hours of it and their website. But we were told there was no restaurant it was only breakfast. That was super disappointing especially bc getting out to get food was at least an hour bc of the hotel location and traffic. It would have been nice for us to just relax at the hotel restaurant with our kids after a long day of adventures. I also really appreciated the person who checked us in asked our preference of floor we'd like to stay on. With kids, staying on the main floor makes life so much easier so it was nice they considered/asked our preferences to make us most comfortable.

The front desk staff was unprofessional at the time of the check in. They don't know how to treat people. The front desk manager's Florencia was very rude. I will never return to that hotel again.

Got there at 11:30 by uber to find out they had cancelled my reservation. I had two children with me. The man behind the counter was useless absolutely useless. I absolutely love Hyatt have never experienced anything like this before and hopefully never experience it again. So had to Uber back to Miami airport and spend the night there.

The hotel property was never cleaned and the outdoor pool tables had food debris left and pool towels left overnight so none were clean for the guests. You felt gross sitting at the pool tables because of their condition of dirty. They left things that needed repair untouched and if it was fixed it was poorly done. The breakfast was the best part of the stay.
