Very clean room. Jesus was amazing and greeted us with the warmest welcome!!!! Ideal location, close to beach, shopping and restaurants. So glad we booked another stay after we return from cruise.

Room was clean. Lighting cold. But the real issue is that there is a club nearby and the bass thumps all night. They provide ear plugs but they are useless. They should warn you. Would be nice also if there was any kind of staff to say hello to. All communication was done via text with a bot. I wanted a slightly later check out as we were up later than expected (due to the aforementioned thumping noise) but there wasn’t any reply because there was NO HUMAN responding. Very frustrating.

The room was adequate for a one-night stay; however, the shower experience was disappointing due to weak water pressure and a limited supply of hot water.
The room was clean and relatively comfortable. The staff did a good job of communication, and it was easy to get in and out of both the hotel and the room. The location was great as well, within walking distance of pretty much anything you want to do in South Beach.
Only a few negatives: the bathroom sink water never got warm, so I’m not sure if that was broken or not. Also, the shower faucet was protruding oddly from the wall, so it looked like that also needed to be repaired. And the biggest headache was the parking situation. We were able to find parking ourselves, but it ended up costing us over $100 for less than a 24 hour stay. Having a dedicated parking spot included with our lodging will definitely be a requirement the next time we stay in South Beach.

It was awesome!! The staff was amazing. Was a bit skeptical when booking and arriving, but everything was super clean and nice. Themale employee in charge at the La Flora was amazing! I will definitely be coming back, just for that guy alone! Very professional and kind!

There were stains on the bed sheet and hair on the bathroom sink.
Other hotels much closer to the beach have staff available 24x7. They have heater in the room. They also offer breakfast. Like hotel Penguin/ president. The staff of this hotel, if anything, were polite and extremely helpful.! But our room got extremely cold at night since
we went during peak winter holiday season. Which explains the loud music playing till 2 am.
Pictures are extremely misleading. Room was ok, not in the best shape. No front desk but a staff member did bring new sheets and blankets pretty quickly after ours were dirty when we arrived. It is in a good location though.
