This large 1BR is suitable for 2 adults + 2 children under the age of 16 only. There are no exceptions, this policy is enforced at the front desk. Step into world famous Carlyle on Ocean Drive. Walk the streets of south beach across from Lummus Park, steps away from bars, restaurants, night clubs and amazing beaches. Over 1000 SQFT, 1 bedroom/1.5 bathrooms, designed to the highest lux standards. Fully equipped kitchen and a master suite with rain shower and a large tub. Unit features W/D in unit and an additional powder room for your convenience. 24-hr concierge service at the front desk.

This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any smoking of any kind will result in a penalty of a $1,000 smoke-remediation fee.

The fee for lost set of key and fob is $100.

Please note: a refundable damage deposit fee is collected 2 days before check-in and released 7 days after check-out.
(1) This building strictly enforces an occupancy limit of 2 people per bedroom. The maximum number of guests we can accommodate in this unit is 2 adults plus 2 children under the age of 16. All guests must be disclosed to host before check-in and registered at the front desk.
(2) All visitors of guests must check in with their ID with the front-desk prior to entering the property.
(3) No loud noise on the property between the hours of 11pm-9am.
(4) All guests must enter and exit the property through the front/restaurant entrance or courtyard. Entrance and exit through the back stair case and alley is strictly prohibited.
(5) Rules are strictly enforced by the front desk of the building. If any rules are broken, guests will be asked to leave the property and guests will forfeit the full cost of their stay.
(6) This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any smoking of any kind will result in a penalty of a $1,000 smoke-remediation fee.
(7) The for lost set of key and fob is $100.
