If the name of the business is hospitality, these people are hostility. I made an honest mistake by not reading the fine print about the check in limits. Apparently they are only available between 4pm and 7pm for checking in. My plane was scheduled to arrive at 8:45 pm, that means I was out of luck anyway but making things worse, a day prior to the flight we got a 7 hour delay notice. That's when I tried reaching out to the management to let them know we will be arriving 3am in the morning, nobody picks up the phone, instead I got a text message saying they are busy and will call back, but they never did. Then I decided to reach out to Expedia and cancel my reservation. Expedia told me, because of the no refund policy of this property, I can't get my money back. Yes, you are reading this right, they were too lazy to give their guest the key to their room they paid for, too busy to pick up the phone from their guests and Expedia, and too crooked to give the money back for the services and accommodations they didn't provide. Ah! Another fine print. They put a $700 hold on your credit card for incidentals. Avoid this place like the plague.
