The Space:

Open-plan studio with a queen bed, twin sofa bed, dedicated work desk, smart TV, and full kitchenette. Private balcony with city views. Sleeps up to 3.



In the unit: Fully equipped kitchenette, fast wifi (167 Mbps), dedicated workspace, smart TV with Netflix and cable, plus all the essentials for a comfortable stay.



Building amenities (6th floor): Pool, sundeck, and fitness center.



Included: One covered parking space in the building's garage.



Guest Access:

The entire studio is exclusively yours, with full access to the building's pool, sundeck, and fitness center on the 6th floor.



Check-in: On arrival, register with the building's front desk — they'll issue your unit key fob and parking pass. I'll provide your unit's access code separately to make entry seamless. Please share your estimated arrival time in advance.



The Neighborhood:

Quadro sits in the heart of the Miami Design District — 18 blocks of luxury fashion boutiques (Prada, Hermès, Chanel, Gucci, Balenciaga, Dior, and more), edgy contemporary art galleries, and Michelin-starred restaurants like L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, MILA, and Mandolin Aegean Bistro.

Walk to Midtown (5 min) and Wynwood (10 min) for street art, breweries, and rooftop bars. Drive 5 minutes to Brickell or 3 miles to Miami Beach. The location combines walkable culture with easy access to everywhere else in Miami.



Getting Around:

Most guests use Uber or Lyft for moving around Miami — the Design District is a 5-minute drive from Brickell, 10 minutes from Wynwood, and about 15 minutes from Miami Beach (traffic-dependent).

The free Miami Trolley stops nearby and connects the Design District to Midtown and the bus network. Miami International Airport is about 20 minutes by car.

For longer trips, the Brightline high-speed train station downtown offers service to Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando — a 12-minute drive from Quadro.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in: Scheduled for 4:00 PM or later. If you need an earlier check-in, please let us know and we'll do our best to assist. Register with the building's front desk to receive your key fob and parking pass; I'll send your unit access code separately.

Check-out: Standard check-out is 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, please contact your host in advance. Late check-outs are subject to availability and incur a $50 fee.

No parties or large gatherings.

No smoking: Strictly prohibited. Violations result in a $250 fine charged through Airbnb.

Lost or unreturned items are charged at the building's set rates:

• Key fob: $100

• Parking decal: $100

• Latch: $25

Return everything to the front desk on check-out — both fob and parking decal go in the drop box.

No pets: This unit is not pet-friendly.

Booking age: Primary guest must be 21 or older.

Daily housekeeping: Not included; available on request for an additional fee.
