The hotel is a good option for an overnight stay at the airport The facility is a little outdated. Rooms need remodeling. The customer service needs improvement. I ordered an espresso coffee and was brought Cuban coffee.

Inside the airport

If you are flying into or out of Miami International Airport, the location can't be beat. My room served the purpose. It was weird that a bottle of shampoo was next to the sink, but the hand and body wash was a reach across the shower. They have a restaurant on the top floor. The food was OK, but there was only one server for the entire restaurant and bar. Breakfast is at the Air Margaritaville restaurant just outside the hotel in the terminal.

I have been to this hotel many times. The ONE thing they need to take care of is signage on how to get there. I will give it 5 stars once that is done. Everything else is great.

Property is very old and industrial. Pillows were terrible and was not able to reach anyone at the front desk to ask for others. Towels were scarce. Despite all of that, the convenience to the terminal was important for us with a 6 am flight out. The restaurant was delicious with a great view of the runway. Not sure I would stay again for the price. Glad my stay was very short.

The staff was pleasant for a very late check in. The hotel is very dated but, it’s in the airport so it serves its purpose. I say it was noisy, but it was inconsiderate guests not the property itself.

Hotel is on the airport grounds. It is a LONG walk from baggage reclaim and no signage to say where it is until virtually there. Hotel reception very helpful. The Bar/restaurant on the 7th floor is good and the food was great. Could have used a fridge in the room for medical injection. Otherwise great and would recommend

The reason I didn't give the Miami International Hotel an excellent rating is that at 8:30 that night the emergency alarm went off and we had to exit the building...down the stairs. We followed the instructions of the broadcast and proceeded down 5 flights of stairs only to find out there was no emergency, the front desk staff knew nothing about the alarm, the elevators were working, so that's why I only gave it a good rating.
