Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

No noise was terrible

During our stay at the condo, they had construction that woke us up every morning at 7 o’clock pounding and it lasted all day long that was never revealed to us before we rented the property on top of that the beds were very uncomfortable every time you moved you could hear the bed squeak. The mattresses definitely need to be replaced .The second bedroom only had a double bed, which we thought was a little strange, and the master had a queen and a double in it. The property needed some updating around the pool area. The restaurant was never open at night. I think it was from lack of staffing and you’re not very close to any restaurants. You have to travel two or 3 miles to find any type of restaurant or fast food. I view was nice.

It was good and mostly clean but there also some things that i would recomend to add because there weren`t enough for four People . For example: More dishes and one of the two bathrooms was broken (the bathtup). But the whole appartment looked similar compeard to the pictures.
