The front desk will charge per day per unit and hand keys to the unit.
Valet parking per day is optional. (A paid parking lot one block away from the building charges less per day)

Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. We will meet you at the door. Please let us know with anticipation your ETA to expedite check-in.
If you wish to check-in after 7:00pm, extra fee will apply.

Late check-ins after 11:00 PM are subject to prior approval and will incur an additional fee, as they require special coordination outside of regular staffing hours.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:

You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated under your rental agreement and the conditions of the booking.
You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have completed our verification portal.

PROGRAMMED FUMIGATION
To ensure cleaning quality and pest control on all of our units, we conduct a special pest cleaning on all of our units between the 20th and 30th of each month. This procedure is essential for keeping our units free of insects for all our current and future guests. That's why we kindly request your collaboration and access to the designated area on the specified day. This procedure is mandatory for all units, and we expect your collaboration.

As a guest of New Luxury Condo in Downtown, you'll find a fitness centre, laundry facilities, and a lift. The front desk is open around the clock.
