The room and the property itself were amazing, beautiful and convenient but the staff was SO RUDE each day of our stay I don’t think we had a single positive interaction with a staff member. This was such a bummer because we really liked the place but due to the terrible customer service we will not be returning.

The apartment was super clean, reserve parking was a plus, ensuite laundry service makes it really convenient & private and the receptionists were helpful. We will definitely stay at Nomada when next we are in Miami.

The place was very clean. I love that it was out of the way of all the hustle and bustle. Kitchen was fully stocked if I had wanted to cook I could have. It was a little chilly but my girls had plenty of photo ops at the pool. :-). I felt safe and most importantly there was a parking garage. Only problem with our room it that the balcony was not furnished with chairs or a little table.

Spacious apartment, clean and modern with convenient location and garage. It was close to the arts and design district, with great stroll and plenty of dining and entertainment opportunities. The apartment is in a rental residence high rises complex with heated pool and large balcony. We had a corner unit and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. Very spacious and clean with a full kitchen that allowed us to cook and eat in some nights. Great choice for families in Miami.

Check-in was pleasant and quick. It’s very nice that free parking is available. The apartment itself is fairly clean and has everything needed for cooking. There is dishwasher detergent and laundry tablets for the washing machine, which is a plus. The windows block noise quite well, which is important because there is a railway right next to the building. There is also a mini market on the first floor of the building — very convenient, and prices are the same as in regular stores. That’s pretty much everything that was good. Now about the downsides. The mattress is extremely soft. This might be okay for children, but for adults it’s not comfortable at all — you sink into it. Many people need proper back support, and it’s impossible to get that on this mattress. The mattress is terrible. There is not a single shelf in the shower — nowhere to put shampoo or other items. The air conditioner vents in both the master bedroom and the living room are directed straight at the beds, making it very uncomfortable to sleep with cold air blowing on you all night. When we arrived, there was a terrible smell in the apartment, something like pickles or something similar. I contacted management about this issue through Expedia, but never received a response. Overall, no one seems interested in communicating if you have questions or problems. The bedding, sofas and towels are all soaked with an unpleasant odor. For this price, it was a very poor experience. The price does not match quality

The space is great, with 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Large living room and dining space. We really enjoyed the space. However it was noisy. The hotel is located right on a major road and the noise from the street was very noticeable. The pool and gym is great.
