The lobby and first floor are bright and beautiful, but then our floor and room was dim and old-looking. And they went overboard with air fresheners in the hallway and the room, which triggers allergies. We were in room 227, and the exterior was very noisy. Heard the reverse beeping noises from trucks till 2am. The room is just ok. This property could really use an update. Parking is a separate extra fee. You must use the QR code on one of the parking lot signs to pay by the hour. We ultimately paid $30 to park overnight. SMH Would we stay here again, most likely not.

It was convenient to airport. Unfortunately, our door was not completely sealed so every time someone got off elevator or their doors shut ours wiggled and made it seem like someone was trying to get in our room. Area around hotel was run down. I felt very uneasy and uncomfortable. We do not speak Spanish so we had a very hard time communicating with most of the people and businesses. Tv was hard to operate as well. Our shuttle drive was amazing! Would recommend him 10/10!

I tried calling for 3 days to make sure I was all set, set up shuttle to take us to the port Sunday and to check on how the shuttle worked no one answers the phone! Get here ( I asked for early check in I understand it’s not a guaranteed. My room was not even ready till 4:15! I got here at 12. Asked if I could set up a shuttle for tomorrow was told no I would need to uber need more them 2 people for the shuttle. If they would have answered the phone when I was calling for 3 days they could have told me I need to make other arrangements. Not pleased at all.

The stay was nice its was for going on a cruise (NCL) room was great for HC accessible person but there free shuttle service is not so great towards the HC told driver at 0630am need to go to America airlines door 7 to get HC assistance he told me no drop me in between 6/7 (walk with walker can't walk far) put me out and I had to hump it why my wife with Stage 4 COlon Cancer deals with 3 suit cases, backpack and handbag. Took me 15 minutes to get in side next time I'll just call WORRY FREE

Stayed One night. Convenient from airport. They offered rides from the airport to the hotel but couldn’t get any one to answer the phone to be picked up. You just can’t get anyone for any help by phone.
