Poor elevator management

The elevator was out of service on our departure day and the fire department had to be called because people were stuck inside the elevator. No staircase was open to the public

Needs work

It was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle. But it's not convenient since you just have to stand on a crowded curb waiting for 40 minutes! I ended up calling an uber. there us no way it seems to contact a human to ask questions. No one ever answered the phone from the airport, or even from my room! The elevator got stuck between floors for 29 minutes! The other one was out of service. The positive things were: comfortable beds Nice front desk check in And late check out free until 3 Then,

Ok place to stay

The lobby and comon areas was beautiful but the rooms could use a update. The couches and the bathroom need and uodate the junior suite has a balcony but no chairs or furniture on the balcony to sit and enjoy.

Got to the hotel and had to carry large luggage up multiple flights of stairs to our room. Then our key didn’t work had to repeatedly go down multiple flights of stairs to try different keys because they wouldn’t answer the phone. Lobby was extremely loud and our room was filthy with a landlord paint special and water smelled of terrible mold. Stay somewhere else.

The hotel is gorgeous. Beautiful rooms and pool area. Nice severs and bartenders. Dinner was fantastic, big portions. The breakfast is an additional fee but it was cold, minimal options and already out of food by 730am. The reason for our low rating is primarily the fact that we were escorted to the service elevator upon arrival because the main elevators weren’t working. We ended up getting stuck in the service elevator for ten minutes before it let us off on a random floor. I think they had the elevators fixed by the end of the night but we took the stairs for the remainder of the stay. The staff said sorry… but my mother the in law had a heat condition and she was absolutely terrified by the ordeal. The stairs were hard for her but she was too scared to use the elevator again.
