I had a mixed experience with this stay. The unit itself is decent and well equipped (especially the kitchen), and when issues were raised, they were eventually addressed. However, the overall experience was impacted by inconsistent communication and management.
Check-in was unnecessarily difficult. I was not sent clear instructions in advance, and the provided code did not initially work for the expected entry points. I had to figure out how to access the property on my own.
Communication was inconsistent. While a late-night noise issue was addressed quickly, other situations required follow-up or received unhelpful responses. For example, when a package was marked as delivered but missing, I was asked for a delivery photo (which wasn’t available), despite cameras later confirming it had been taken by another unit.
There were also smaller issues that added up, including unclear setup (no obvious sleeping pillows provided on the bed), minor maintenance concerns, and significant noise from the adjacent unit late at night, suggesting poor sound insulation.
After checkout, I reached out regarding personal items I may have left behind but did not receive a response.
Overall, the unit itself is not bad, but the experience felt inconsistent and required more effort than expected as a guest.
