The hotel has a great location, with many restaurants, a grocery store, a pharmacy, bank and a laundromat all nearby. Transportation is convenient thanks to the free Miami Beach city shuttle services (not operated by the hotel). For shopping, the Collins Ave Express Shuttle right outside is the best option. Avoid the Miami Double Decker bus, even though it offers free pick-up and drop-off at the hotel, as it runs infrequently. The BIG Bus is a better choice because it operates much more frequently. Unfortunately, the hotel’s laundry facility does not work. Guests must rely on the laundromat at 73rd Street along Collins Ave. It requires a $5 card to use, but the service is fine overall. The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast, though it’s very basic. On the positive side, there are family-friendly amenities such as a well-maintained pool with clean towels, ping pong, chess board and even a piano — perfect activities when the weather isn’t good. Food options at the hotel are decent, and the hotel also provides beach chairs and umbrellas, which is a nice perk for guests heading to the beach. The biggest issue is poor service response. The front desk often tells guests to “wait 5 or 10 minutes” for maintenance, but in reality, no one shows up — or the request is completely forgotten. This creates the impression that the hotel is understaffed and struggles to keep up with guest needs. I asked atleast three times for different services, but none of them were fulfilled.

Well, I want to start off with saying the Sherry Frontenac is definitely one of my favorite hotels and I usually go often but this last trip I wasn’t as happy because i wanted the ocean front but I feel like the palm trees was in the way and I feel like I got a partial view of the ocean and the privacy,for future reference I will ask for the other side between the 7th and 8th floor I prefer to be on the higher level that way I can have privacy and view the whole ocean

The hotel is beautiful and clean…staff was lovely!! The pool was clean we also had access to the beach! The only thing there’s no parking lot so you do have to mindful of where you park. We got our rental towed and paid $420 to get it out! But besides that, the hotel and staff was great!

The place is ok , it does need updated . They are no microwave in the room. No parking they sent me to a neighboring hotel and they charged $210 for seven days parking. The breakfast is oatmeal, grits, toast and cornflakes 7days a week.

As a solo traveler looking for quality & cost. Wow—what an amazing stay at the Sherry Frontenac Hotel (Aug 18/21)! From the second I walked in, Superstar Melinda at check-in made me feel like a VIP—seriously, she went above and beyond to make sure my trip was unforgettable. A true asset to the team. Shout out to Claude & Melanie & overnight staff for outstanding service. You literally cannot get closer to the beach—10/10 location! The pool was always sparkling clean and super chill thanks to Joshua (you rock!). My room? Cozy, spotless, and always refreshed thanks to the dream-team housekeeping crew (Yainir, Marland, Mabeline, and more—thank you!!). The vibe here is just right: peaceful, relaxing, but never boring. Fresh towels and beach chairs included. Ample seating areas throughout property. Gym, Pool tables & games.Bar & Restaurant. Food and transit are close by, so it’s the perfect spot if you want that true Miami Beach vibe without any stress. Breakfast was basic but honestly I didn’t mind because everything else was so on point. When i got there they didn’t have the room i payed for. The room was hot there was no AC. They switched us to another room and the patio door was broken.There was a cockroach in the fridge.The toilet paper was on the floor because the holder was broken. The front desk worker gave me a lot of attitude.

The rooms are nice and the hotel provides beach loungers, umbrellas and beach towels but they give you a towel card you have to leave at the front desk and they will only give you one at a time. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired, we had to ask the front desk several times to get someone to clean our room and in the two weeks we were there we only got sheets changed once after asking about 5 times in a day. The restaurant was only open when they felt like it even though they had hours posted and the bar was even more inconsistent
