Rooms clean and well stocked with towels. but everything in hotel was dated and I mean dated. Free breakfast in the morning, , coffee better than Starbucks. housekeeping forgot to clean our room one night. for a dated hotel value during the week was great

We were very happy with our stay here. When I asked for lounge chairs for our terrace they were very prompt bringing them up to us. Everyone was very friendly. I loved that they sent a staff member out to the beach to take drink orders, I wasn’t expecting that. Our room was a little outdated, but clean. However they are in the process of remodeling so I can’t wait to see it on my next trip there in October!

There is a lot of good to say about this property. However, when check in time is 4 pm and you don’t get checked in until 6:30 that is a problem that needs to addressed. The lobby was full of angry people all week due to late check ins. The other issue management needs to fix asap is the their failing card system to enter property or one’s room. All week we had to go to the front desk and get new cards just so we could get back in the elevator and get into our room. Yes, we took great care on how we stored our keys, but that had no effect on the cards just stopped working DAILY! Very annoying and until check in times and the key situations gets taken care of I would not recommend this property to a friend!

Waited 35min to be checked in and guests in front of me complaining that their room was dirty, two guests said their key didnt work and another was given the wrong type of room and had waited 2hrs. My room was very out dated, pool had caution tape around perimeter, towel exchange closed by 5pm and breakfast wasnt good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The photos online were very misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the property. The furniture was old and worn out, with visible spots and signs of age. The bathroom looked nothing like the pictures — it was outdated and not well-maintained at all. . I felt misled by the false advertising, and the reality of the room fell far below my expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my stay
