Guest service is important

The receptionist was really rude and unprofessional. I ask for his name 3 times and did not wanted to provide his name. If you are providing an excellent service there is no reason why the name cannot be given. This could affect the quality of service the hotel provide with people with actitud like this.

This hotel was awful and not what was recommended by Hotel.com. I requested my money to be returned. It smelled of mold and requested a non smoking room and the attendant said people do not abide by the rules. I stayed in the first room less than five minutes and the new room because there was a door between me and other people and I was afraid they relocated me. The second room smelled strongly of mold and I stayed two minutes long enough to order the Uber. All men attending and other men just standing around. It was very scary. I checked out and I know it hadn’t been 30 minutes because I feared my life. Called and requested a refund and they told me had to speak to the hotel to issue a refund and till this day I have not heard anything.

Unfortunately, I would have to rate this place in the middle, and that's being generous, because I ran into several issues. Due to delays I arrived 7 hours past checkin time only to have rooms not to standard for check in. Assigned room was foul smelling along with the hallway leading up to room. Had to return to front multiple times to get this resolved despite the timeframe allotted for room cleanliness confirmation. Morning breakfast was sub par as the hot items offered were cold with no accommations to reheat or re warm.

The bed was very good, the bedroom was clean, it also had microwave that is something you don’t expect. The ladies in the front desk were nice to keep our luggage since we arrived early.

The room was good, bed was confortable, but the air conditioner was super noisy it sounds like if was super old and need mantainence, i couldnt rest and slept properly, evan that this was my main intention due to a long fligth before my next day travels. I couldnt turn it off because the weather was very hot, so i have to try to sleep with all of that noise.

I am a 61 year old woman who missed her connecting flight from Miami to LA. (Due to a fly delay in Aruba). Is thought I’d spend a night in Miami near the airport since I was literally going to need that room for about 8 hours. As I walked down the corner, the hotel completely smelled musty. When I got into my room at about 10:30 PM, the luck on the door felt very flimsy, I realize my window was about 3 feet off the ground in the parking lot and there were people above me stomping around. I called the front desk and asked for a room on the second or third floor and was told I couldn’t have one because there were no one bed rooms available. I also told her about the noisy people upstairs and the lock that I felt was flimsy. She said she would send a Security guard or handyman to my room. He came, looked at the door and really said nothing and then I pointed to the ceiling where there was all the stopping and at that point he told me he didn’t even speak English. I knew I would not be able to sleep that night and immediately got an Expedia and booked another hotel. And then called Uber and left so the money I spent was a complete waste. This place is gross and especially scary. If you are a single woman. do not waste your money.
