Our stay at Sleep in was not good. The moment we checked in we had issues with the toilet in our room not working. Called the front desk and they were rude about it didn’t wanted to give us new room or help us with the toilet situation. The staff was not friendly and were very rude. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this property.

I am really dissatisfied with this apartment. The photos you publish are not what we see in the place. There is a lot of stench, a lot of mold, it is uncomfortable, there is a lot of noise. You can't rest. There is zero organization. There is zero cleaning. I am extremely dissatisfied. I will never vote for this place.

There was a coachroach in the room also the shuttle buses do not operate as they say I had to pay cabs to and from the airport which beat the purpose of why I booked the room in the first place and breakfast is very poor I didn’t enjoy it at all

The staff greeted us with a friendly demeanor. The service is more than adequate for an overnight stay leading up to a departure out of MIA. Breakfast begins at 6am and consists of yogurt, sausage, bagels, bananas, limited cereal and pancakes using premade batter. They even offer late checkout up to 1pm with no additional fees. You just have to notify them of your intentions. There’s no gym but there is an outdoor pool.
