Hotel was clean from check in and when we had an issue with the AC going out they quickly resolved the situation followed up. Room spacious and the view of the city was amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

We booked here because it was close to our port and it was fairly reasonable for a 1 night stay. The rooms were very broken up, no tv in the bedroom and very bare. If this is due to a construction/renovation I feel we should have been told. If we were there for longer than 1 night we would’ve changed hotels.

the property is new but still needs work. no phone to call guest services, only has Whatsapp. Our airconditioning didnt work for most of our stay. The floors are dirty, leaving black marks when barefoot. The pool was nice though and we were able drop off bags the morning of prior to checking in.

My husband and I attempted to check into our room at 9:25 pm. Our room was pre-booked, prepaid, and we checked on via the first portal at 12 noon. Well upon arrival and check in our room did not have a functioning AC. As a matter of fact, there was a service notice on the AC which stated "service required as of December 2024"! To add insult to an already frustrating ordeal, we were placed in a floor with a non working elevator panel, we had to take the stairs to another floor just to reach the lobby. But wait there is more.... Once hubby and I reached the front desk to alert them of the AC issue, we are infomed that a maintenance tech can fix the issue in 30 to 40 min. We were also informed that there were no other rooms available for the night. So we wait in the lobby for 20 minutes or so before hubby and I inquire about the repairs to the AC or another room. The front desk agent mentions there are other rooms just not in the category we have reserved and that the are waiting for other guests to check in. We were in shock and in disbelief. At that point, I'm wondering if this is discriminatory (seeing as how hubby and I are both minorities). Hubby requested a refund and only after 10 more minutes of waiting for our room or the refund to be granted, was the refund actually given.

Property was in a good location. It is a fairly new property but some things are lacking. Primer on the walls not paint. Walls scratched up. In need of a good cleaning, eg, baseboards dusty and grout in shower stained and dirty looking. Nothing on the walls, no pictures etc. Only one mirror in the whole suite which is in the bathroom. No iron or ironing board. Construction in adjacent building. Price was lower than most other hotels in miami. Staff were very good, friendly and helpful.

Suite Plus Room

Our second stay but this time for two nights. Didn’t have breakfast included this time within the room rate but a supermarket together with other local ‘eateries’ are close by, so not really a problem. However we discovered cutlery and plates were not provided that would be nice to have in the suite plus room for stays greater than a single night. Whilst a microwave and dishwasher are provided in the kitchenette, only two mugs and two tall glasses are provided. It seems strange that a kitchenette is provided but with no plates and cutlery. A coffee machine together with a wine cooler are also provided…but no wine glasses. An iron with board would also be welcome in the future. Currently the next phase of the hotel is under construction but which did not impact our stay. Public transportation is close by with direct access to Miami airport. We would still consider another return stay despite the lack of kitchen ware etc., as the hotel is in a great location for access to the Bayfront area via public transport. However for stays greater than a single night in their suite plus room, consideration of the lack of kitchen ware should be made. The suite plus room itself was very clean and modern with a lovely bathroom with walk in shower.
