Disliked: Cleanliness
The fire alarm went off at 8pm and last until next day at 9am. The host was responsive,but not helpful. The cleaness was terrible. To enter the building from the front you need a pass code, but the back was wide open. It was impossible to rest fue to the street noises. If you want just to be in the middle of the south beach vibe that's your place. If you want quietness, security, cheaper places to eat and shop it is not.
