The property is clean and modern. Parking is a challenge as the hotel offers none. We had a ten minute walk with our luggage. The pool and hot tub area on the roof is excellent with great views. No food offered on property. No coffee either. If you are having an extended stay it would be ok as they have a full kitchen in the room along with a washer and dryer. Location is great and within a ten minute walk of Bayside. Lobby is very small with just few seats for waiting.

Bar wasn’t open and my room wasn’t very clean checking in, the entire floor of the unit was very sticky and there were some of previous tenant’s forgotten items left in the bedroom like socks. The tv in the bedroom wouldn’t turn on at all.

Nice rooms. For Downtown Worldcenter, parking is going to be very difficult due to construction. I suggest using Lyft, Uber, or a taxi if you don’t mind walking, as food and shopping options are available around the downtown area.

The check in is the reason for the 3 stars. This was a beautiful property but we waited 1 hour after 4 pm to check in because they were still cleaning the room. If you want to rent this room, go through airbnb.

Too much construction around the area the view is not good. No parking next to the hotel you will have to park at a garage separate from the hotel a few blocks down. Not comfortable if traveling in car with slot of luggage’s and children.

Horrible experience, the hotel is not as advertised. Just one tv in the living room but no tv in the bedroom. We requested a tv and didn’t get it. It was also no ironing board and we requested that as well and didn’t get it. We were repeatedly lied to and we asked for the manager and was told the manager is not there and that they have no number for the manager. We was given a business card with no phone number on it just a name and email. We reached out via email and didn’t get a response. My nephew also cut his feet on the bottom of the pool and they act like they didn’t care. They said they would document it but the next morning staff says nothing was documented. Don’t waste your time with this place. HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY.

In the middle of an area of build work so a bit intrusive but reflected in price we paid . Beautiful accomodation on 30th floor. To be fair we stayed 1 night and whilst we did hear morning lorries they were no louder than the aircraft noise on landing at MIA some 8 miles away. Would definitely use again

Night time front desk staff not very friendly or helpful. Only two elevators work and at checkout time it took about 40 minutes to get an elevator. No pool towels, no extra blankets for bed, difficult to connect TV to WiFi. Overall, meh…

- messy check in- tough to locate entrance with all the construction - was not aware this was a rental in a residential apartment building - rental front desk people were very new and not aware of processes - electronic lock that did not work correctly tough to access the room - NO HOT WATER -furniture was very hard uncomfortable - no hand soap - no ice - no tv channels - I believe the high reviews are paid by the property - would not recommend

The room was really nice. The place was very clean and the pool area was nice. There is a lot of construction in the area but that wasn’t a huge deterrent for me. Parking also isn’t great if you have a rental car. Should be fine if you’re Ubering

. There was no restaurant as advertised or literally any way to get any type of food or snacks, which surprised us. The spa wasn’t working. No pool bar as advertised although the pool was nice. The location to the Kaseya center was great but parking was very challenging, especially when we didn’t have any direction. Regarding our particular unit, it was very clean and had some nice amenities like a refrigerator kitchen area, but it didn’t have a chair to sit on?! I thought we rented a queen size bed, but this was a full size.
