The only unit in the Condo with Washer, dryer and dishwasher inside. Access to Key Biscayne Beach Park. Walking distance to the beach. This area is unique and exclusive family-oriented town. Sunrise Club Condo is in front of the Winn Dixie , and plenty of restaurants.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Gather used towels: Used/wet towels can be left on the bathroom floor. Turn off: Make sure all lights are turned off and there are no appliances on with an exception, please, do not turn off the AC.
Throw trash away: Please remove any trash produced during your stay and place in secure trash bags in the designated bins at the garage level.
Please, load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and let the dishwasher working. Return Keys: Leave the keys in the designated spot. Close the door behind you, and you're done!

The unit is in a great spot for access to shops, parks and the beach. It was clean and well furnished. It has nice, new appliances. The couches in the living area were not as comfortable to sit/sleep on, they were hard and you could feel the wire frame. Ana, the host was excellent, she responded quickly to any questions. Would recommend for a stay in Key Biscayne .

Great Location

We stay in this complex when we come to Miami. Gets us away from the busyness of Miami. It is easy to walk to the point to watch the sunset, farmers market, beach access, and a nice pool.

Clean & Conveniently Located!

Stayed for 5 nights on a vacation and had a wonderful time. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip including a well-appointed kitchen, beach towels, comfortable bed, and a nice shower. The location of this place is great, everything is easily walkable, including the grocery store, and the neighborhood is very safe. The host was super responsive during our time.
