Townhouse hotel is one of my favourite over my 2 months' travel. The room was clean, quiet & comfortable especially the mattress. They wee also fair with regards to their pricing during the cold front. But most outstandingly, all the staff were courteous , professional & helpful, specifically Esrine, Jonathan & Brian. They went out of their way to make my stay memorable and are great ambassadors of their city, its culture & food. They really want you to discover their city and its surroundings. A special thanks to all, it was great to chat to you all.

Staff was friendly and very helpful! Especially the young gentleman working the front desk. It’s in the perfect location, rooms are a good size. Beach access and chairs were perfect! Heads up that there is some construction but it didn’t bother us at all.

The bellman had our bags out before we were even out of the car. The front desk was really nice. Great location on the beachwalk and direct access to the beach. Plenty of food and shopping within walking distance. The room was nice too. The shower has a small raised wall but not nearly enough to not make a mess of your floor, which was tile throughout the entire room

Room was fine, everything was functional. Reception desk staff were helpful. Gym on the rooftop is like a closet, only a few things you can workout. However my main issue was on both nights of my stay, a very loud alarm sound went off around 1am which woke me up on both occasions. I wad avdised it could have been if someone let off the smoke/fire alarm.

My stay at Townhouse was all I could ask for. I was stuck in Miami for an extra day for work (oh no) and I found their listing. Upon arriving around 11am I was welcomed joyfully by the front staff and allowed early check in. My room was clean and comfortable and all you could ask for, for the rate and how close to the beach and attractions it was. I had zero issues minus the construction noise next door during the day, which has no reflection on this place at all. Extra shoutout to the doorman, his conversation and charisma was an excellent touch and I hope he’s valued for the excellent customer experience he brings to this property. When back in Miami I will definitely add this hotel to the list of places to stay. Thank you

Very safe place to stay. Very clean. Only problem I had is the lady trying to take resort fees for a hotel at the rate of 99 dollars per day plus a 200 dollar hold just in case of room damages. Other than that, it was perfect.
