Pretty nice hotel, and we enjoyed our stay...but I have 2 suggestions (with all due respect) if the hotel has social club as part of the name, I think they should revive the lobby area to be just that..Looks like it used have a bar and lounge area, but now it's just wasted space, also I believe a mini bar should be set up somewhere in the rooftop pool area, with that said, I'd definitely consider staying there again, next time I'm in Miami.

Staff was super friendly. We stayed here for a cruise departure the following day. Please note, if you stay here for that reason, the port is close, however, the traffic is horrendous and will take about 30 minutes, so plan accordingly. Also, the cab ride from the airport ran $70

This room is NOT worth the cost at all. No bar or restaurant even though they advertise room service. I understand this is a boutique hotel but the rooms are terribly small, old & literally falling apart. Nowhere to put anything in the shower or bathroom. I didn’t dare check out the pool

The staff were extremely courteous and the hotel was clean. However, it was indergoing a refurbishment at the time of our stay. The restaurant and bar were closed and we were not notified of this before our arrival. I did email the manager to raise the issue but did not receive a response. The bedroom ceilings had the qppearance of new plastering which had not yet dried. Staff assured us that the is was a look that the owners have chosen. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was in a good location

We liked being a few blocks away from the beach, the hotel has a nice rooftop pool, beach towels, and we used the bikes. Friendly staff. Though the 2nd floor terrace wasn’t available, there was a little patio outside that worked well for sitting in the sun having a coffee. Will return!

The hotel was clean and staff was nice, the bed was very comfortable. However, the bathroom was very small and the shower was TINY. We had a large, lovely balcony with nothing on it The only lights were bedside lamps the room was quite dark. The lounge was not open and may have been under construction.

Room was clean, staff was nice but disappointed that the social club was closed due to remodeling for Grand Prix in May 2026. I was there celebrating and was looking forward to that place as one of my celebratory stops. They did not let us know that at the time of booking.

We didn’t get the room we booked (actually no one in our group did). The front desk attendant wasn’t able to assist. The hotel room matches the pictures but the rest of the hotel doesn’t. There’s no food, things were closed and under construction and that should be told to the public before booking. This is my 2nd booking in less than 2 months in Miami and I’m starting to believe lodging is all smoke and mirrors.

Under construction door did not lock, lighted mirror did not work but flashed all night long, got nothing for your resort fee. Something was banging all night long making it difficult to sleep. Good location but I would never recommend this place.

staff - other than Carlos as a valet, the rest of the team just didn't care. Too many things were missing and when asked (politely and nicely) you were just bothering them. Phone in the room not working, no milk or substitute with coffee available (when restaurant is close and no mention of it), etc. Location is great. Pool area small and not well maintened, restaurant closed.

Overall, its a cool little hotel. What really hurt the rating was the service. Weasked the front desk what they would recommend for a place to eat. They said they were not from here and couldn't recommend anything. Couldn't even point us in a direction of eateries. Then I wanted to watch part of the game and it was just Samsung TV Plus (Roku). Went to call the front desk but the phones don't work. So went down to ask and they came up and said they have no idea how to work the TV's. Turns out, that is all tgey have. So no game. Could be an amazing hotel with a better trained staff!
