The Space:

The Resort is located in front of the beach, with breathtaking views we have all the amenities for you to enjoy your vacation without worrying about anything.

We’ve thought of everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. From a private beach to two oceanfront swimming pools, the resort was custom-built for sunning and socializing.

Two on-site Restaurants:

- Terrazas: whether it is for lunch or dinner, Terrazas will certainly accommodate you and all your friends with great options on the full menu next to the pool.

- Etaru: presents delicious contemporary Japanese cuisine Robatayaki in a modern setting with beautiful views of the sea and just steps from the sand.

The Resort is 15 minutes drive from Aventura Mall, 10 minutes from Gulfstream Casino, and 3 minutes from major supermarkets like Walmart, Publix, and Win-Dixie.

Pharmacies like CVS, Walgreens, and Locatel are less than 2 miles.

Guest Access:
- If you are driving, the Resort offers valet parking for (1-7 days) $35 per night + tax and 8 days or more $30 per night + tax.
Non-hotel guests $50 + tax/day.

- A resort fee of $40 per night plus tax is charged per room (collected at check-in). Offering our guests unlimited Wi-Fi in the condominium and throughout the Resort and unlimited access to the gym.

- The Resort requests a security deposit of R$250 at check-in, which will be returned shortly after check-out if there are no problems during the reserved period.

- On the beach:

Resort guests will have access to 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and 6 towels for this, guests will receive coupons at the mobile station at reception. Request your coupons at the check-in assigned to your unit.

If the guest has already checked in and has not collected the coupons, they can collect the towel service card at any time at the mobile reception.

Coupons are non-transferable and can only be redeemed once per day.

The beach service will not provide its services to guests who do not provide their beach services coupon at the booth and will be redirected to reception for assistance.

In efforts to protect association assets, towel recovery services operate as follows:

Present the towel service card at the pool/beach equipment counter in exchange for the assigned service.

Return towels to the pool/beach equipment counter to collect cards and avoid a $50 fee per unreturned towel.

Return your Pool and Beach Services Card to the check-out desk to avoid a $40 fee for an unpaid card.

The Neighborhood:
Boasting seven miles of Blue Wave-designated beaches, Hollywood is located on South Florida’s sun-kissed Atlantic Coast, midway between Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

Best known for its lively boardwalk that stretches more than two miles along the ocean, Hollywood Beach is home to countless restaurants and cafes, ice cream parlours, souvenir shops, and farmer's markets. By day, the scenic boardwalk is a perfect place for walking, jogging, cycling or skating around town. In the evenings, al fresco dining and live music at the retro-cool Hollywood Beach Bandshell off Johnson Street keep the locals and visitors entertained.

The city itself is filled with recreational parks, well-manicured golf courses, and warm sandy beaches, making it among the top vacation hot spots on the East Coast. Young Circle is another exciting area surrounded by dozens of shops, restaurants, and bars.

Hollywood Beach is one of the best beaches in Miami.

With white sands, a boardwalk full of coconut trees and blue sea water, almost transparent and very calm.

It is a quiet beach, it is very frequented by families with children and couples.

You can rent bikes and cycle on a boardwalk in front of the sea.

It has great options for restaurants and leisure.

Hyde Resort & residences is 10 minutes from Aventura Mall, 5 minutes from Gulfstream Casino.

We were 3 minutes from large supermarkets like Wallmart, Publix, Win-Dixie.

Pharmacies such as CVS, Walgreens and Locatel less than 1 mile.

From Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport:

1 | Take Terminal Dr and NE 10th St to US-1 S (2.6 mi)
2 | Continue on US-1 S. Drive to S Ocean Dr (7.2 mi)
3 | Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto US-1 S (2.1 mi)
4 | Turn left onto E Sheridan St (1.7 mi)
5 | Use the right 2 lanes to turn right onto N. Ocean Dr (3.3 mi)
6 | Make a U-turn and Hyde Hollywood will be on the right (341 ft)

From Miami International Airport:

1 | Get on FL-112 E in Hialeah from Miad Cir and Exit 2 (2.6 mi)
2 | Follow FL-112 E, I-95 Express and I-95 N to FL-858 E/Hallandale Beach Blvd in Hallandale Beach. Take exit 18 from I-95 N (16.5 mi)
3 | Follow FL-858 E/Hallandale Beach Blvd to S Ocean Dr (2.9 mi)
4 | Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto S Ocean Dr and Hyde Hollywood will be on the right

Getting Around:
The best way to get around would be by car or bicycle.

The Resort offers rental bikes.

- Other Extras are Available for Rent:

- Cleaning and restocking of toiletries is available at an additional cost. It can be ordered between 8:00 am to 11:00 am.

($ 70.00) Change fresh towels and bedspreads, provide additional toilet paper, soap, and dishwashing detergent.

($ 100.00) Lite House Cleaning, includes more dishwashing, garbage collection, cleaning the trash surface.

($ 150.00) House cleaning includes all of the above, as well as cleaning floors, kitchen, and bathrooms.

* IMPORTANT - Continuing our efforts to properly protect the building and avoid violating rules and regulations. The Association will charge a penalty for any of the following incidents:

**** The minimum age for renting this unit is 21 years. ****

- Throwing things off the balcony $ 750 and the authorities will be called
and we, the association, will file a complaint against all responsible parties.

- Exceed the occupancy or party limit in the $ 500 unit and guests
will be escorted out of the building.

- Pulling a $ 500 fire alarm station.

- Damage to doors or corridors $ 500.

- Smoking in the room $ 750.

- No loud noise after 10 pm.

- The Resort requests a $ 250 security deposit at check-in, which is returned shortly after check-out if there are no problems during the booked period.

- We are not responsible for objects left in the apartment after checkout.
