Welcome to your Zen experience by the beach at "The Tides." The condo is located in a central location only minutes away from Hollywood attractions such as Hollywood Beach Boardwalk and many popular restaurants and clubs.

This is a private condo right on the beach with direct beach access!
Beautiful 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed in the living room.
Fully equipped bathroom with a hair dryer and bathroom necessities such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, towels.
Kitchen fully equipped ready to prepare any meal, includes an oven, microwave, coffee machine, pots and pans, and utensils.
There is a 65' TV in living room & Free Wi-Fi.
You have a cute balcony with a street view, perfect for seeing the city at night.

Guest will have access to the pools with round the clock lifeguard.
Access to the gym
There is a cafe in the building & laundry room in the building as well.

- After paying for parking, In the receiving office you will get a tag to hang to the mirror of your car that will allow you unlimited pass through the security gates and parking. For this tag you will need to leave a $20 deposit, refundable when you return it to the office before your departure.

- Parking is not included guests must pay:
Daily: $20
1 week: 1 to 7 days $100
2 weeks: 8 to 14 days $125
3 weeks: 15 to 21 days $150
4 weeks: 22 to 31 days $175

- $30 FOB which is 1 electronic key for every 2 adults 14 years old or older. You will need this key to access everything in the building including the amenities of the condo such as the pools, gym, beach etc.

-The office closes at 5pm and opens at 9am. If you arrive after 5pm the office will let you in and you may go to the condo, however you will have to officially check in after 9am the next day. This is when you will receive the FOB to access all amenities.

Very nice and clean place

The condo was very good and the location was perfect. The pool area is big enough and the pool is very good also for the children. The beach is just next to the pool and there are beach chairs and umbrellas in the condo. The place is perfect for the perfect vacation!

Hollywood Get away

Rosanna's condo was lovely. Everything was clean, and there was some coffee and extras provided. We loved the pool and the access to the beach. We loved the Curcuit car to get up to the Broadwalk. Rosanna was very accommodating and responsive. We missed having a beach umbrella, as one member of our party in particular could not enjoy the beach without this. We could have used instructions on the TV remote use. We could only stream, and could not access regular national channels. Overall, I highly recommend this condo. The Tides is lovely!

Great Property!

We were VERY happy with our stay at Rossana's place at The Tides. Safe neighborhood, walkable to Walmart, great pizza/Italian restaurant across the street. But it was the amazing little things in the apartment that really made a big difference. There was coffee & sugar, and it was DELICIOUS coffee (not cheap)- There was a Keurig and regular coffee maker. She thought of everything (any utensil you could possibly need). Plenty of towels (both bath and beach), chairs and umbrellas- even a cooler. There was dish detergent (for both sink and auto dishwasher), and even a packaged toothbrush & toothpaste in case we forgot one. Very clean. Very quiet. And she was SO patient with all of my questions before and during our stay. The only think that was a negative was having to pay $60 upon arrival for the 2 fobs in order to use the elevators and building entrances (you are required to pay $30 for every 2 people, so even though we didn't need 2 fobs, we had to pay for 2 b/c we were 4 people over age14). However, this is a building requirement, not Rossana's. In the end, it was worth it, though, because this was a great place!

Amazing condo

Rossana was super responsive and answered all of my questions. The condo was very clean and fully equipped. Beds were super comfy and she provided extra pillows, sheets and blankets! Perfect for a family of 4! Perfectly located - right on the beach and about a 12 minute walk to Walmart. Would definitely recommend!

The property is on the 3rd floor facing the street so no view of the beach or ocean. The place looks like it has been updated somewhat. It was cleaned and had a balcony. It was nice that it had a full kitchen, plenty of dishes, utensils and cups. We didn't like the fact that you have to pay $30 for a keyfob that you don't have to return for a refund, it makes no sense but it is what it is. The parking was $100 for 5 nights and we did get our $20 back once we return the parking card. The communication was excellent. Overall, we had a good time there.

I wish we could have stayed longer. The condo was beyond clean. Everything was supplied for us and great quality. The pool and beach were great and we enjoyed the balcony.

Weekend getaway

We stayed at Rosanna’s condo for a long weekend get away. It had everything we needed! The location was great, it was clean, and she even had a cooler, beach chairs, towels, and some shovels our kids could use! She checked on us during our stay and it couldn’t have been better! We arrived after the office closed and had no issues getting into our condo. We had to get bands, a fob, and actual parking pass the following morning and the office staff made this not the smoothest process possible, but this was nothing that our host did or could change and was just a small bump. We had a great time and would highly recommend staying at Rosanna’s place!!

Very nice property! Building is a little old but appartment is very nice. Clean and comfortable. We had the necessary in the kitchen. If you want to visit all around you gonna drive alot. But if you want a nice beach and nice pool it’s perfect. Rossana respond and communication was quick and easy. Nice stay for us

excellent location.

I enjoyed location most. beach is right outside the building, so my Kids were able to play back and forth btw pool and the beach. the condo was clean, has beach chairs/umbrella and even some toys for sand play. check in process is little complicated, and only south building has official check in office. Owner was super responsive.

Perfect for us

Rossana’s place was perfect for our group of 3 for the week. The space was clean and easy to access. Walk off the elevator and right down to the beach. We had everything we needed for our stay and communication was quick and easy. Would definitely stay again.

Nice Condo

Rossana was a great host. We arrived early and she accommodated us by holding our luggage so we didn't have to carry it around. The condo was just as it was stated in the ad. Everything we needed was included. I would recommend having a car as most places are not within walking distance (we did not rent a car and had to Uber around). I would highly recommend staying at Rossana's place and hope to go back in the future.

Excellent location

This property is in an excellent location right on the beach. The condo is nicely decorated and spacious enough for a family of 4. Very clean! Great storage too. The owner was fantastic with communication and extremely accommodating to our travel situation. The reason I gave a 4 star review is because the kitchen is not functional if you plan to cook meals. Due to multiple severe food allergies, we have to cook all our meals. The oven started smoking during the preheat setting. It was odd because it didn’t appear anything was in the bottom to burn. The airflow in the kitchen isn’t great to air out the room. There were no paper towels for spills or to clean the counter. There were no pot holders to pull hot things out of oven. The kitchen was stocked with some kitchen items. It wasn’t stocked well for our situation. If you don’t plan to cook much in the kitchen, I would 100% recommend this property. It was great for so many reasons!

Condo is 5 star

The condo is BEAUTIFUL and made for a very comfortable week. The 2 queen sized beds were very comfortable. We loved enjoying coffee in the morning and wine on the patio every morning/night. We had everything we needed to enjoy a day on the beach (cooler, 4 chairs, umbrella, beach towels) We felt very safe all week due to the great security measures at the Tides. The only thing I could say negatively about the condo is that the walls are a little thin and you can hear your neighbors, but it didn’t negatively effect our stay at all. Everyone was very friendly. I read reviews that the check in process was stressful and I would agree. There are 2 Tides towers but the check in office is at only one of them and only opened from 9-5. We arrived at 4:30 due to our flight arrival. The communication from our host said to check in at the Valet office, but no one was there. When I finally was able to check in with the valet and complete the paperwork for parking, I went in with our paperwork for the parking pass and key fabs, but I was unaware the whole party needed to be there to get the wrist bands you need to wear all week. So my family needed to leave the car parked in front of the building to run in quickly before the office closed. Once the stress of check in was done, we had a VERY enjoyable week. Glad I didn’t let the reviews about check in deter me from choosing condo N-3R and hope mine doesn’t deter you. I was happy I was forwarded and that is my only intent for sharing.
