I couldn't even stay at this hotel . This hotel room and hotel was disgusting and dirty Very un happy ...i want my mobey back since i couldn't stay at the hotel

This place is not as advertised and disgusting. Can barely find the entrance, no signs , not landscaped. Another couple in the parking lot said they were tricked too. I want a refund as I left the minute I walked in. Thanks Expedia.

Property looked nothing like the pictures online. Hot tub not working, ice machine not working, had to go to desk to get towels for room, no breakfast like it said online. Room was fairly clean and bed and pillows comfortable. Not my 1st choice if I come back to the area

This place is run down. No phone to call front desk. Only 2 guys appear to work there. Limited outlets to plug our phones in. Positive didn’t see any bedbugs.

Terrible customer service - shame on the manager

I recently sold my home and looking to relocate to northwest Indiana . However I was diagnosed with advanced liver cancer so was going to stay at hotels while undergoing treatmnunbeen looking to relocatany decisions until the end of the summer so I was going to stay at different hotels for different extended days was gonna be my first one. However I had my first treatment. My eyes were affected, and I ended up getting into a car accident. Someone was supposed to call for me. They did not so when Hotels.com reached out to them, they refused to refund my money Shame on them. That is absolutely horrible. They just lost out on a lot of business and I will make sure to tell everybody, I know, regardless of the ratings of this hotel, the manager has no empathy. I worked at the Marriott for 15 years and we would never have done that regardless of a reservation policy or not you can adjust it to circumstancesI hope he is never in a situatioso that is kind of hauled off my plans so I’ve staying at various hotels for extended days. I intended on staying at this hotel, however I ended up having a car accident due to me not feeling well and not paying attention. They will not refund my money. I was planning on going there, but I will not decide that they won’t refund my money that is absolutely terrible. One of the worst experiences I have had so I don’t know if their hotel is good or bad. I’ve heard good things however I will never know and they are missing out on a lot of Busin

I was so disgusted we stayed for 30 minutes. I booked online and was sorry I didn’t read any reviews first. The place was terrible everything was out of order I went for the pool use to be decent about 10 years ago now it looks abandon we just went home when the manager told use to go next door to swim awful experience I will never be back. I didn’t even waste my time asking for a refund because everyone in the reviews stated you don’t get those.
