The Space:

Upon arrival, you can easily park multiple cars on the spacious driveway and are welcomed by the peaceful surroundings of rural Leffinge. As soon as you open the front door, you step into a fairytale-like hall with elegant floor tiles, high ceilings, and dazzling chandeliers. The start of an unforgettable stay.



The ground floor features a separate dining area and lounge, which can be combined into one open space with beautiful steel doors. Large windows open onto a balcony overlooking the garden, pond, and vast fields, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun. Two fully equipped kitchens and two separate toilets on this floor make your stay practical and comfortable.



Maison Le Petit Château offers five spacious, beautifully decorated bedrooms, all made up with quality linens upon arrival. The suite bedroom on the first floor has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, double sink, toilet, and TV. The charm bedroom, also on the first floor, has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, single sink, and toilet. The garden bedroom on the same floor has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, single sink, and toilet. On the second floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms have a TV and some have air conditioning for extra comfort.



The second floor also has a family bathroom with a giant walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet, plus an extra separate toilet in the hallway. An additional room with a kitchen and lounge area is perfect for children or for using the available exercise bike.



The garden is a true oasis: enjoy a beautifully maintained landscape with pond, expansive fields, a counter-current swimming pool, and jacuzzi. While the children play, you can relax in the poolhouse with a seating area and kitchen, where you can also freshen up after a swim.

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €1000. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
