The Space:
ParelOester is a beautiful ground floor apartment located in a recent residence in Westende (Middelkerke), within walking distance of the beach. Thanks to its prime location, you will enjoy a relaxing stay close to the sea, stores and restaurants.

Upon arrival you are welcomed in a spacious and stylishly decorated living room with open kitchen. The large window provides plenty of natural light and can be fully opened with a sliding window, giving you direct access to a spacious terrace with green views. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The apartment has three bedrooms; namely, two double bedrooms and one bedroom with a practical bunk bed. Upon arrival, the beds are made with quality linen, so you can immediately enjoy your stay.

The spacious bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and a double sink. Towels are also ready for use.

ParelOester combines comfort, modernity and a prime location for a carefree stay at the Belgian coast.

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
