Weekend Girls Getaway

This property was just what we were looking for when planning our relaxing girls getaway. The property was pristine and perfect for our group of 8 moms. The rooms and beds were comfortable with just enough space for us all. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The deck was a beautiful spot for pre dinner cocktails while watching the sun go down over the water. The location is perfect as it’s just a short Uber ride to downtown Newport, a quick walk to the beach or some great local restaurants. Dustin and Lauren were wonderful and very communicative hosts! They had everything we could have possibly needed. Would love to return in the future for a family trip.

Great Option for Aquidneck beaches and access to Newport

We selected this property due to its proximity for several events associated with a wedding we were attending. The property is clean and spacious with four large bedrooms, each one perfect for a couple. Beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were all high quality. Kitchen was also good size and well appointed. In terms of location, I love this area as you are close to the beach and Cliff Walk, have plenty of restaurants and stores close by, and can get into Newport in 5 minutes. Overall a good experience and family friendly.

June Family Vacation

We Stayed at Newport East for a WeekDay Family Vacation (6 Adults/3 Couples & 2 Babies under a Year Old) The Stay was Wonderful House was Clean, Updated and Convenient to Everything We Desired (Beach, Stores, Restaurants, etc Loved the Balcony for Morning Coffee & Afternoon Appetizers, Cocktails, & Sunsets Has Water Views and Just Far Enough “Off the Beaten Path” for Quiet & Tranquility Short, Easy Walk to the Quiet End of Easton Beach and the Amenities of the House were Great...Beach Chairs, Grill, Fully Stocked Kitchen with New Appliances, Countertops & Fixtures Dustin & Laura were Responsive, Prompt & a Pleasure to Work With Would Definately Come Back Here Again
