The biggest criticism is the “free” breakfast buffet. Yes, it is indeed free, but it certainly isn’t a priority to the property and as such, the message really becomes here’s a free breakfast filled with lots of crappy items, including eggs that are as hard as a rock, fake orange juice, stale bread, items, etc. Other than that, the stay was fine

The receptionist is an absolute pro: friendly and eager to help improve our stay. She should be running the NYC Four Seasons... Anyway, location is great with Starbucks across the lot. Hotel is quiet and extremely clean. It looks brand new both inside and out. We'll keep coming again and again.
